Yummy! It has very fast and efficient coffee service. There is only a drive thru. It also costs less than Starbucks. It doesn’t have that burnt coffee taste.

I had the salted caramel frozen drink. A Really tasty treat! I love the toppings! Caramel with the salt chunks!

Prices are good but service is very inconsistent. I order the same drink everytime but what I receive is different.

I tried the pumpkin pie latte yesterday and got a coupon for a free breakfast burrito. I asked for the Denver burrito. It was a crispy burrito and I liked that part. The filling was a cheesy, goopy mess of thick, unidentifiable goo. I expected fluffy eggs, ham and cheese. I ate 2 bites and threw it away. The coffee drink was a heavy, orange drink that just seemed like spiced cream with a little coffee thrown in. I took a couple of sips and threw it out. I expected a mildly flavored coffee with heavy whipped cream on top with nutmeg sprinkled on. I’ve tried a few different things at this place and I give up. It is also overpriced. I’ll stick with making coffee like I like it at Racetrack and picking up a breakfast burrito at Sonic.

I think Seattle’s best drive thru is pretty average to say the least. I’m not really impressed with the concept. The drinks are pretty good though.

I LOVEYOUSEATTLESBEST. I DO. AND I HAVEMISSEDYOUSOMUCHSINCEBORDERSLEFT. Okay, I had to get that out. But really, if you’re looking for amazing, great tasting coffee this is the place. I’ve always found Starbucks to be a little bitter even when masked in a latte, but Seattle’s Best Coffee is smooth and delicious and so all of their drinks are even better. My husband didn’t understand why I squealed like a little girl when I saw this tiny drop-in location that’s only a drive-thru on 380. He may have swerved slightly as I went into fan-girl type shouting about how amazing it is and he better-turn-around-right-now-and-get-me-coffee-or-else. It just took one trip for my husband to be convinced as well and now he is hooked too. I am so happy that Seattle’s Best has dropped locations in DFW since they left when Borders closed down. I highly recommend that you try them, and get a loyalty card because you’ll be back.

It was just ok! The prices were wrong and they took a while to correct it. I’m glad that they fixed it for me though.

When I saw a drive-thru sized building popping up on the north side of 380 just before where I enter 75 each morning, I crossed my fingers that it might serve good coffee. I totally shrieked with excitement when the sign went up that says«Seattle’s Best». That’s where I used to go all through college, before Starbucks bought them out and shut them down everywhere except in Borders, and they were a great college coffee shop. A chain, yes, but good coffee and more personal than Starbucks. Since then when I have stopped in at Borders I’ve been pleasantly surprised at the way their mocha is still distinctive the way I remember it and is still served with a chocolate stir stick, and a lot of the uniqueness was maintained. The Seattle’s Best Drive Thru, though, loses all of that charm. It is indeed McDonalds sticking the name and coffee beans on a McDonalds-style drive through. My heart sank when I pulled up and saw that the first picture featured a coffee and sausage egg biscuit deal. Picture a McDonalds that was solely dedicated to drinks and sides to complement them. Yep. So most of the drinks featured are sort of milkshake/frappachino sort of things. I like, you know, real coffee, none of this«Birthday Cake» or «Caramel Candy» type of crap with a tinge of coffee flavoring. However, I’m sure that’s what will appeal to a mass market. The mocha was fine, but not hand made with love, you know? They’ve learned from McDonalds that offering breakfast sandwiches and fancy oatmeal works well, and they also offer hand held«pies» and pretzel melts. Some of these caught my eye as it looks like there are actual vegetables in a few of them, which makes them worth a try! Bottom line is that it’s a drive through serving decent coffee drinks, so I will stop in sometimes. However, it isn’t a handmade high quality coffee. For that, swing down to Snug on the Square, people.
