Bobby is the person to deal with at this location. I avoided this location because of the poor ratings, but found out another location could not give me the paint I needed to touch up my D R Horton home. Bobby went out of his way for me on April 2nd to see that I got the paint I needed, so the touch-ups would match, and they did! Because of him, my 6 yr old home looks like new! Thank you, Bobby!

We literally just walked out of the store. We asked for our paint chips back and said we were going to Home Depot. We’re actually going to the Sherwin Williams in Plano. The store was empty when we walked in. They were hanging out in the office. We walked all the way to the counter and waited for them to come to the counter to help. Really? The young lady could not explain to us the difference in paint types. She went to the back to ask a counterpart. She came back with an answer. I don’t remember what she said. I was concentrating on her hand which held my paint chips. After asking for them back and lying about going to Home Depot we left. We won’t return.

The employees made me feel like an idiot for asking questions. I think the only reason this location stays in business is because of all the contractors who frequent it. I guess they don’t care about us do-it-yourselfers. Great paint! Terrible customer service. I’ve shopped here in the past and never found one employee who seems to give a damn. I spent over $ 600 on my latest visit, but I will find another paint brand in the future.

Horrible customer service. Not one pleasant employee among them. They were rude on the phone and then rude when I went into the store. Not sure what their problem is, but I won’t be returning to find out.
