We LOVE, LOVE! This place, if we are ever wanting pizza wether we are far way or close by we always come to this Cici’s pizza! Not to mention we live closer to other ones. We refuse to go to anyone else but this one! We love the way management as well as staff really tries to stay on top of things, from checking on customers to making sure food is on point as well as fresh! Every visit which is usually three times a month is always pleasant. I’m a mom of four and love that it is affordable as well as warm and inviting. Contrary to what some reviews mention about the overall look of the bathrooms as well other odd/​ends we truly feel until you have come in and enjoyed the food as well as staff, please dont judge a «book by its cover» or its critics. Kudos! to Randy the manager from our very first visit as well as our other visits with Evans and Joenee. We as a family really enjoy seeing how your well «oiled machine works there» teamwork really apparent here !!

Overall, restaurant is in need of repair. broken tiles in dining room. Mens restroom mirror, faucets are missing parts. mens restroom has been dirty on every single visit — paper towels on floors, counters with water.
buffet line is generally well stocked, staff is response to request for specific food items.
I would enjoy this restaurant more if it were cleaner.

First, let’s get this part out of the way… It’s CiCi’s. You know that going in. If you don’t eat fast food or buffet, save your comments for someone who cares. CiCi’s isn’t really pizza anyways. It is «pizza-​ish.» :-) That being said, I just fed a family of four for less than $ 14 (I had a buy one get one for $ 1 coupon that was able to be used for two at full price and two at $ 1). I have been to plenty of CiCi’s locations and left even more disappointed than one would normally be at a buffet «pizza» place, but I had never been to this location. It looks really odd (like it used to be something else) from outside, and I don’t like having to be on this part of 75 because of the construction and traffic. I had a bad feeling about this visit going in, but I was pleasantly surprised by a lot of things by the time that I left. Even though we were there at around 2:00 on a weekday (in between lunch and dinner when you would expect old food to be left out), the food was really fresh on the buffet. The one time I saw something that had been sitting a while, a manager came and replaced it before it ran out. We also asked for a couple of things that were not out and got them piping hot and quick. We were actually encouraged to ask for anything that we didn’t see. Normally, getting a special at CiCi’s makes you feel like you are stealing from someone because of how irritated they seem to be. This was so different. There were four associates working, and every one of them made a point to say hello, ask how we were doing, offer assistance, and just generally be nice. It was a super refreshing change. The restaurant was also well kept and clean with the exception of a little bit of debris on the carpet and some water marks on the silverware. Not a big deal IMO. Since they run tons of coupons and we are pleased with this location, we will definitely be back. One minor gripe not related to this location is the CiCi’s kids age ranges. Adult pricing starts at 11 years old. If jerks wouldn’t let their kids grab plates and plates of food and then throw half of it away, maybe buffet places wouldn’t have to charge kids as adults before 13 years old.

Worst cicis in the area. Stinks like mold mildew. Staff doesn’t even like their jobs; or dislike working w with customers…

We went here once and only once. That was an occasion about several years ago. The food, atmosphere, the type of clientele, and the history speaks for itself.
