I went to this place last week and I’m so disappointed. It smelled horrible in the bounce house area and I wished that I hadn’t wasted my money to take my two kids. I spent $ 10.81 for my two kids to «bounce» and then spent $ 11 for my kids to eat pizza along with myself. The buffet was supposed to have pasta and dessert yet it had none. The pizza was mediocre at best and I wished that I had just gone to Chuck E. Cheese’s.

When The Zone opened in McKinney it was a great venue to have birthday, and other group parties. But, now, it is run down and dilapidated beyond belief. The bounce houses are all fit for the trash… the big slide is so sticky that my 4 year old’s feet caught and he actually flipped, landing on his head. I tried to take my toddler down with me… and I barely made it. Over half the games are broken… and the ticket counters are as well. So the solution is to have the gals there stand behind the counter to count tickets… only issue… they can’t count. Shorted all three of my kids. All in all, I won’t pay for a party here…
