Ugh, honestly this was one of the worst shopping experiences of my life! I would’ve thought that for the price of clothing here, I would be dealing with better service. Just to start, they have a smaller selection of boys clothes than girls. The salesperson was very nice but absolutely terrible at her job. She kept giving me inaccurate information about what was on sale and what wasn’t. She charged me full price the first time for items that were on sale. I realized it before I left the mall so I went back to get the credit I was due. They had to refund me multiple times because basically everything I was told about the pricing for each item was wrong. Finally I ended up just getting two onesies. My baby started crying as I was paying so I left without paying much attention. Then on my way home, I realized yet again that I was charged incorrectly. I called back and after a 5 minute wait while they looked up the receipt, they told me I had to come back to the store in order to get my credit. When I expressed my displeasure about having to come back for a THIRD time and said I would just return everything, the saleswoman was rude. I am definitely going to return everything and never shop here again. No clothes are worth this hassle!

A favorite clothing store for kids and only one of the company’s actual stores in the area(some in Maryland and an outlet in Williamsburg). Prices are a bit on the high side, but the clothing is well-made and the styles are cute. I like that all of the colors coordinate, so it’s mix and match for tops, skirts, pants, etc. European sizing, but look for the guide on many of the tags to figure out what’s best for your kiddo. There are several sales per year — «recycle your Hannas»(bring in old Hanna Andersson clothes for a percentage off new purchases) and back-to-school discounts. There’s usually a sale rack in the back of the store too.

LOVE Hanna Andersson for my kids. The clothes hold up great. Yes, they are a little more pricey, but they fit well. are super cute and can pass down from kids… or even sell at a decent price when you are done. Sizing is a bit different, but the staff and sizing charts will help you out!

Very nice high quality clothing. Exceptionally helpful staff. They have some of the cutest girls clothes in the mall. Very colorful and happy! The sizes are quite different so make sure you use the charts that are posted throughout the store.
