Paradise Biryani

Mixing dry tandoori chicken and burnt stir fried rice and garnishing it with fried onions does not give this restaurant a right to call a dish biryani. I would advice everyone to stay away from this restaurant if you are craving biryani and go elsewhere. We went in one day despite our colleagues telling us to stay away because of the food quality and were quite disappointed. We complained to the manager who said he will look into it but nothing ever changed. If they dont get realistic and selling the legit dish i dont see them being in business for long!

Excellent service and the Goat Biryani was fantastic. Made to order you can get it mild medium or hot. I ordered the medium and it has the right amount of heat. It tasted just like home made Biryani

Their incompetent management, untrained waitstaff, excessive number of children in the restaurant, tiny portion sizes for takeout and lack of buffet menu items undeserving of a $ 12 price should go take a hike, like all of the buffets that occupied the premises before them.

It is a new restaurant and is a nationwide chain. The other branch in Edison, NJ is very good. This one in Mechanicsburg can’t seem to get their act together. I’ve visited them twice since they opened on March 6^th, 2013. Both the experiences were very bad. First time, they took 45 minutes to get my order ready — if they had told me, I could have come back to pick up my food. Second time, I went for lunch buffet with a friend. There was less food in the serving table. The two Chicken dishes were both with bone — they could have made one boneless. The service was very bad second time. I saw servers walking around, with frustration clear on their faces. While I stood in line to pay, the server of another table, asked me to wait while she took payment from her group who were standing behind me in the queue.
Given the excellent food and experience that I had in other locations, I really hope this branch pulls up their socks soon!!!

This restaurant is AWFUL!!! They have terrible service and horrible food! We went for their sunday brunch and were seated only to find that there was no food in most of the casseroles, and when we complained to the manager that there was no food in the trays he had the audacity to tell us that there was plenty and it was our fault that we couldn’t see it. Wow — some ripoff! The spatulas were dirty with food on them — like people had been touching them with dirty hands. We walked out hungry and having paid full price for a meal we had never eaten! Would never recommend this place or eat there ever gain!
