I have been a returning customer for years.
All I wanted was ONE empty cardboard box to take home.
When I asked the cashier if I could take one from the pile by the door – I was told – «NO!
You can ONLY take a box that is outside!»
Well there were nothing but cut-​up boxes outside!
C’Mon guys!!!
I realize they are saving those boxes for six pack beer orders-​but this was a weeknight – and there were plenty of boxes sitting there.
Not a great way to do business with a repeat customer for one stinkin cardboard box!

I went there on a Friday night to get a bottle of wine. While I was there they had a wine tasting. All of the wine was really good and each of employees were very informative. It was super casual and everyone was so helpful! Definitely know what I’m doing Friday nights!

I found this, what shall we call it, Service? I have no idea how to define it, the thing is I really like wine, so I go around to see whats out there to try new things, but this company’s presentation of their product just didn’t do it for me.
