I’ve came here for awhile, but i’m done sticking up for them. Every. Single. Time. there is something wrong with my order through the drive-thru, and that doesn’t cover the fact that they’re honestly the SLOWEST drive-thru service in town. Food is great, but not getting what I pay for while i’m waiting longer than anywhere else puts me away from this place.

Went in for lunch for the natural burger combo. Server was a little too smiley with me, so that creeped me a out bit, but food came out and it was fine.

Deep-fried grease artificial food:(. No way to tell how old the meat, veggies or fruit is… or the origin. Honestly if it weren’t for having to grab something for an over weight friend(110+ over!), I’d turn my head away from this place. On a positive note, the cashiers are knowledgeable, well-trained and easy to help navigate the carb-laced foods. The dining area is clean, and outside well kept. I just feel for those choosing this as a was to temporarily feel full. When you purchase food that lacks nutritional value, you will feel satisfied — but it won’t last long! Sorry Carl’s Jr. I’m not tricked by the modern fast-food marketing which makes it seem as if this is an honestly healthy choice… my personal money will not support you.

Only Carl’s Jr in Medford that will get your order right! My favorite fast food in town! :)

The service here is the slowest ever. I cannot emphasize this enough. You want a burger, and you are the only one there. Wait 10 minutes. Never going back here again. wish I could give it a –1 star.

Pathetically bad service at this Carl’s Jr. I mean, the bar is already low as it is since this is fast food. But they fail to meet even that meager benchmark. Unless you’re ordering a Famous Star at the drive-through, you can pretty much expect to be asked to pull out of the drive-through and wait in the parking lot. Granted, this isn’t the hourly employees’ fault — they’re just trying to cover their behinds so that their corporate overlords won’t come breathing down their necks for slow drive-through times — but it’s still annoying. Nothing is ever ready for you at the driveup window. So YMMV, obviously. Every caveat about eating at crappy fastfood places applies here.
