I had to go back because my brand new iPhone stopped working. I should have known they obviously couldn’t help me. The young worker behind the counter also referred to me as ‘hunny’, it took everything I had not to correct his terrible customer service.

HORRIBLE!!! THESE these guys have no idea what they are talking about I went in question about my upgrade eligibility and what my options were. He pretty much just said I can only get the galaxy s 6, or the iPhone 6 with $ 175 deposit, and try to convince me that it wasn’t a lot of money. That place has no options other than those two phones every question I ask he said nope I can’t do it no no no! They pretty much have zero knowledge of what they’re doing Sprint store I’ve ever been to those people that work there are very missed inform if I know more about the company and the products than them! Literally put me in a bad mood of going there my phone is all messed up I wanted to simply replace it since I am paying the insurance and he continued to tell me I can’t do that I should just get the new galaxy
I can’t wait for my contract to be up

SPRINT in general sucks but this store in particular has by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My mother has a Galaxy and pays insurance. She has been having trouble charging her phone but it is internal. She took it to the Sprint repair store and they said it was the battery and replaced it. It then stopped working again and she went to this store to buy a new charger — they gave her a ghetto one not even in a package because they ran out mind you it didn’t even match. It did not work she bought a car charger — they finally fixed and would not accept either NON working charger because there was no receipt and even WITH a receipt only 14 days. WHAT A JOKE — WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Okay so I went to this store after I came back from my overseas trip my iPhone4S had been smashed and wasn’t working. I knew in a few months I am up for my upgrade so anyways I was just trying to figure out what my options could be. So apparently Neil told me ya no problem we can do your upgrade now and you could just keep the 4S and sign 2 yrs again. I was desperate so I said yes and we did the transaction. I leave the store only to get a call back in 10 mins saying come back to the store I have to give you the white iPhone instead of the Black because it is not working. I drive back to the store and then Neil tells me another story in person. Saying he had to refund my money and that Sprint had made a mistake on their end that his store computers apparently didn’t match what the Sprint corporate computers read about the upgrade. Anyways by this point I was furious I was like «oh so you charged me, set me up with a phone, and now you have to refund me and take away my phone because of a mistake that was on your end», basically they didn’t accommodate me neither cared that I was driving back and forth. He then offered to call someone higher up on the latter in the region to try to do an override for the upgrade since I am so close I told him yes. He said he would call me back tomorrow has been 2 weeks since I went to the store oh and guess what no call from Mr. Neil. These guys are total jokes no customer service and they totally suck!
However Downtown is way better, friendlier and helpful. I went there 4 days ago and the guy there was able to help me transfer my phone services to my friend’s borrowed HTC phone that I am using until October 2014. Anyways don’t go to Medford they are a joke and shady business is going on there with Neil and the Asian guy that works there.

Awful! Poor customer service and very unprofessional. I should have stuck with my usual location (Brookline) or called spring customer service. I went in to have my phone looked at, because the speaker wasn’t working. They ordered a phone and stated it would be there in 3 days. 7 days later, I receive a call asking me to come in and pick up the phone. I arrive and they reported, I must have been called by mistake. So, I have them listen to the message and they report they can’t find the phone and have no idea when it will arrive. It really seems like something shady is going on at this location.

Shifty business.
First of all, the aren’t an official Sprint store, although they try to look like one. They can sign you up, and make you pay, but they can’t take care of any problems, and boy do they cause problems. When they do, only the «manager» can fix it, and he’s there less than half the time.
I went in there to try a phone and compare it to my current phone, because I hate Verizon. They told me about a 2 week free trial.
I took the phone (purely as an extra to compare it to my current phone). The service wasn’t that great, especially in the areas that I go to frequently. Also, Apple announced that a new IPhone was coming out, and I didn’t want to be stuck with this one, so I returned it. Originally, they had said I’d have to pay the $ 35 activation fee, but when I returned everything, they said not to worry about that.
Then the bills started coming for over $ 100 for the 2 weeks. I just assumed it was a mistake. Then the collection agency letters started coming. I have spent hours on the phone dealing with it, and have made multiple visits to the store (which is not listed on Google so you can’t get their number).
This is a shifty outfit with a nice storefront.
