Only 2 stars due to our server. She was the only bright spot. While not exceptional, she wasn’t the issue we had. Took my wife and kid there for Valentine’s Day. Their idea, not mine. I should have been prepared for what was served. They ordered the parm crusted chicken, which itself was fine but my kid got a sweet potato that looked like it had been dropped on the floor. I ordered a Tbone. I’m not sure it was a proper Tbone in size, it was very thin. That wasn’t my problem, I’ll eat just about anything. It tasted like it had been dragged thru the Salt Flats in Utah on its way to Florida. The manager came over, patronized me for a bit, telling me that’s how they season steaks. I’m sorry, if that’s how you season steaks… I get you want to back up your staff, that’s good, but please don’t treat me like I’ve never had a steak before and a Tbone at that. They cooked another which I really didn’t want but the manager insisted. The dogs ate it. We left disappointed but its expected I guess from a chain. Avoid it if you want a steak.

Went here for our only night out while Orlando. We were not disappointed every thing from drinks to the meal was great. The workers here work as a team kepping things moving smoothly. Start to finish was excellent.

My husband and I dined here last night after shopping in the Avenues. After being promised a 25 minute wait, we were seated 50 minutes later. Our waiter, Jackson, was very friendly and attentive. But this is where the good review ends. They were out of prime rib,(what steakhouse runs out of Prime Rib at 6:30 on a Friday night?) so my husband and I got the ribeye. The ribeye was ordered rare to medium rare. It came out raw and swimming in a pool of grease. There were parts on the outside of my steak that had no char on it, and were absolutely raw. Of course, we sent it back. ** Diner Note — this is the absolute thinnest ribeye in the world at a quarter of an inch thick**. So, you can understand why it came back over cooked. My rare to medium rare steak was medium too well done. And again, swimming in a pool of grease. It was not butter from being ‘finished’ with a pat of seasoned butter… Just grease. There was no milk fat in it at all. And to top everything off, they ribeye was bland, flavorless, and very chewy. It was like shoe leather it was so tough. We ended up boxing most of it up to take to the dogs. I would recommend skipping this place if you have a hankering for a good steak. He will be sadly disappointed

Have eaten here many times in past and food was ok but expensive — especially now. very sad — and now the Chophouse is next door so will go there from now on. Wife and I had dinner here on 9÷4÷15. Started by sharing the stuffed mushroom appetizer. They were stuffed with different cheeses and baked. $ 8.95 for five mushrooms that were no big deal. Definitely not worth it. For dinner ordered a flat iron and a ribeye, both medium rare. Both came with salads. Wife had a Caesar and I the garden salad and they were fresh and tasty. Comes with warm bread that was also good. Our sides were a baked potato(not loaded) and sweet potato with cinnamon sugar and they were okay. Steaks were cooked decently. Flat iron is not one of the premier cuts of meat, but they marinate it and if not overcooked could be tasty. It was fair. The ribeye, their leading steak, was extremely disappointing. There was so much fat and grizzle in it most of it was not edible. Now I know LongHorn is not one of your top steakhouses and their prices are under what a top steakhouse would charge. However, if you have the word«steak» in your name, then the steaks you serve should be much better than what we were served. Have no reason to ever go back.

This restaurant offered a comfortable atmosphere for dining out. The facility was clean and the staff attentive to their guests. It was a Friday evening and our party of 4 was seated promptly. The food was very good… and the price on the high side at nearly $ 200 for the four of us.

I’ve eaten here several times and have enjoyed my meal every time. I would have written a review earlier, but there’s no WiFi and cell reception for my AT&T smartphone is poor here. I had one of the combo lunches this time, and didn’t leave a chip. It was a Third Pound Steakhouse Burger with the Shrimp and Lobster Chowder. The burger was cooked just right and the chowder was very tasty.

The only thing worse than an over cooked bone-in rib eye is an over cooked filet. And my spouse and I got both. Not mention the bone was twice as thick as the cut of meat. The chef took it upon himself to substitute my husband’s baked potato for mashed, without consulting him first. We brought our steaks home to our dog because by the fourth bite, all we could taste was peppercorn; the flavor of the steak was gone. Our waitress was great, but for a $ 70 dinner, I’d have at least expected the kitchen to put out more than a sub par meal. I’ve had steaks at Denny’s better than that. We were going to get dessert, but we were so disappointed by our dinners that we wrapped up our date and left. We will not be dining at Longhorn in the future.

Chewed up two $ 25 gift cards(lightening the purse load). Headed to American Sniper & get a bar table(stunning w/the Green Bay vs Seattle game on, determining Super Bowl contestants) Nice that Devil’s Triangle IPA is on tap. Order Salmon & Parm Encrusted Chicken — both tasty! Grilled asparagus spears as one of the sides was AMAZING — NOTTOBEMISSED! Salmon was delicious on a bed of seasoned rice. Chicken was moist & flavorful! Thanks Lorraine, great timely service w/gentle direction & sweet disposition. We are newbies. This was NOT the production line food I anticipated. We’ll be back!

The service that we received at this location was exceptional. Our waitress, I believe her name was Wendy, was very attentive and polite. Our water was always refilled, bread basket was always full, and she even replaced the sweet baked potato that my nephew knocked over. As for the food, I ordered the Outlaw Ribeye medium rare and it did not disappoint. Cooked perfectly and well seasoned, every bite was juicy and packed with flavor. No A1 sauce needed! I got the baked sweet potato as a side and it came with butter and cinnamon. It was more like a dessert for me because of the sweetness. Overall, very happy and will definitely be back again.

My T-Bone was cooked to absolute perfection!!! I had the steam broccoli and green beans. Overall my service from being greeted, seared to served and fed was as good as any steakhouse I’ve eaten at in the last 30 years. Great job, I’d recommend you give it a try when shopping in this mall and ask for Isabel she’s a great server and takes great care of her tables.

Fried green tomatoes and stuffed mushrooms are great. Had the filet which is pretty good for a chain. Their Mac and cheese is SO worth the extra… a must! Will definitely be back :)

As another Darden brand, it is hard to expect anything spectacular in a Longhorn, but Viera is full of chain restaurants, so what are you gonna do? So last night we decided to go into Darden’s Texas-Themed restaurant, full of all the Texas décor and country music to get customers in the mood for steak. The food was ‘ok’. Pretty much what anyone would expect, but this review is more about the service. In reading other Unilocal reviews of this place, it is abundantly clear that they have a serious staffing problem, since most of them complain about poor service. Our case was really no different. We were there on a moderately busy Sunday night. They were not slammed, but more than ¾ of the tables were full. Our waitress quickly came by to ask us for drinks, and we ordered quickly. Between the four of us, we ordered 2 sandwiches with no cheese, a steak & lobster, a salad, two side salads as apps, water and a beer requested to be delivered with the meal. The water came very quickly. Yay? We then waited roughly a 20 minutes before the two salads came out. Another 20 minutes or so before the sandwiches arrived. The sandwiches arrived with cheese. Order delivered wrong, but we told her not to worry about it, as we had waited so long, we didn’t want to wait another 20 minutes. The beer never arrived, and we just let that go as well. By this point we were really ready to just eat and get out of there. Never were we asked how things were going or given any updates as to why everything was taking so long. When we were finishing up the meal, she finally asked us if we wanted anything else. We said no, and don’t worry about the beer. Without a word, she went and brought us a bill in about 30 seconds. It was strange enough that we thought maybe she misunderstood the word«beer» for«bill» ? Anyway, not a great experience by any means. This would have been a solid ONESTAR review, except for the last thing that happened. Despite the fact that we had not complained, the manager came up to us and said that he had been told about the cheese issue. We said it was no big deal, but still he took the sandwiched off our bill and apologized very kindly and professionally. It was enough for me to up them to 3, merely because at least the problem is recognized and dealt with.

Had the ribeye, one of the most expensive steaks 24 bucks. I was assured that the steak had minimal fat when I got it, half the steak was fat. I complained and the manager explained that I must of gotten a fatty piece and explained how he would tell his cooks, … Ummmm thanks, no discount no nothing, don’t come here! And btw waiter forgot my salad, told him not to worry about it as I was walking out the door

Had the ½ lb Primetime Burger Piled high with shaved prime rib, sautéed onions, mushrooms and Swiss. This was great. Had great flavor. Probably would fit into my top 5 burger here on the space coast.
