New ownership has improved things immensely. They now have a new name as well. I’ve returned a number of times and it is consistently 1000% better.

Indian Harbour Beach, FL
New owners in December of 2014, so DISREGARD previous reviews! The name came with the building – they didn’t change it. They have a wonderful lobster roll and beautiful eggs Benedict. Fair prices, too. Great service.

The place has undergone a recent ownership change that has renovated the inside giving it a much more modern/​clean overall appearance. The food was good and very adequately priced. The new owner, Marcella was as nice as they come and was very conscientious of our table (I was with a known celebrity) filling coffee etc. as well as all the other tables, as the restaurant was packed on the Sunday morning we visited. We’ll definitely be back anytime we’re in the area and look forward to warmer weather allowing breakfast on their outside patio.

Suntree gets 5 stars from me solely based on the best Eggs Benedict I have had here and NY. Everywhere I go I order EB and each time I am sadly disappointed I am expecting EB like I get here. Impossible. I know when I am in town I have to come here more than once for the best EB in the world according to me! I consider myself a breakfast connoisseur so I know good and great and this is greatness.

I am ahuge fan of breakfast so this is perfectfor me. I ordered the lobster eggs Benedict wick was good. It was surprusingly served with an adequate amount of lobster. The home fries were WAY overdone. the downside was the very slow service. We were seated and then waited for approximately five minutes before any one even recognized we were there. I would give them another chance.

I absolutely loved this place! Very good service! Very friendly staff! so cheap for the quality of food and amount of food. Always busy but it’s worth it. A lot of return customers because of how amazing the food and staff. Absolutely Amazing. Worthy of 5 stars. I’m always in the mood for their food.

I had a Great Experience here! Went for Breakfast and I never know how my eggs will come out. I like them over easy-​medium and the cook here was right on!
The service was good and friendly!
This is another good breakfast spot.
I haven’t had lunch there yet but have heard it is good also!

Driving through Melbourne I had an hour to kill and found this place which wasn’t showing up on Unilocal.Lots of typical breakfast choices, and egg-​white omelettes. Overall my breakfast was solid. Great coffee.
