Food is delicious, I highly recommend it. I go at least 2 or 3 times a month. Normally I order by phone to pick-​up because there is little space for parking. The cooking personnel deserves a rise! they are the best!
However my only observation is for the service (two female cashiers), since every single time they take my order WRONG and they are a bit rude rolling eyes and never accept their fault, they simply don’t care for customer satisfaction.
Other than that, El Pollo Feliz is one of my favorite restaurants in the whole world. I mean it.

The food is very good and the portions are huge. But every time I go the service is horrible ! The very first time I went I waited over 45 minutes for my food, as I saw people coming and going with take out orders, the second time I went I specifically told the waitress I didn’t want and dairy products in my food and she brought my food with dairy products of course. This very last time I went I thought it would be different but of course I was wrong still terrible service my Kid waited about 25 minutes for ONE taco ONE ! The waitress was rude and never checked back with us I had to grab my own to go box !!! I don’t think I could give this place anymore chances !
