This is normally my go to place — but today was not a good experience. I ordered a Cappuccino with soy and an coffee Americano. My coat was off and we were sitting at a table. After a while, wondered where the coffees were. Two were sitting at the counter for takeout. Would have been nice if I were asked if they were to go. So they were remade. Never asked if I wanted steamed milk with my Americano. And it was not really hot when served. You have a training a PR issue. Perhaps I should have walked a little further to Starbucks where the staff is better trained and cares about their customers.

Very few options for vegans but the quinoa berry bliss bowl was yummy. The crockery bowl would have been appreciated if it weren’t seriously chipped.

Large menu. Everything from coffee to empanadas. I had a green apple bubble tea with strawberry bubbles. The tea sucked but I would come back to try the empanadas

This place is delicious. I have come here several times with my fiancé, we absolutely loved their iced lattes. We usually get one of the barista picks that are written on the board, we haven’t had one that we didn’t absolutely love yet! We have also had the fresas crêpe several times(strawberries, banana and nutella) which is always phenomenal. The breakfast sandwiches are also delicious. I can’t wait to try some of their other food. The only downside is that prices are a bit high, it was $ 18 for two large iced lattes and a crêpe. That being said, everything seems to me made to order and the quality is excellent, so I would absolutely recommend giving this place a try, I cant wait to go back this weekend!

Love their breakfast and coffee but felt like I was in a club instead of a coffee joint with their music. Can I suggest better music please?

The food is good. My son enjoyed the breakfast fajita and I had a delicious gluten free lemon muffin. The 2 stars are there because the coffee brew was sooo acidic! I think this could be an easy fix, hopefully depending on the technique for brewing or the beans. The place is so cute I do wish they could improve the coffee bean flavor.

They ground my coffee beans for me this morning — and I had the most delicious breakfast empanada! Highly recommend.

Love C, T & M and would frequent it more if it were a little more affordable. Prices aren’t outrageous but definitely more than Starbucks and more than i’d care to spend on a quick bite. The spicy chai lattes are great and the smoothies, crepes and the peach-honey-yogurt-granola bowl are delicious.

I meet friends here for coffee and food at least twice a month. Great coffee, great crepes and wraps. It is a small space, but we’re there during off-peak hours so we typically don’t have trouble finding two tables to push together. They do have a couple of high chairs, and the staff have been very welcoming of my toddler. The one thing that would make this 5 stars for me is if they had the option of putting their breakfast sandwiches on english muffins. Right now they offer only croissants and bagels, which are a bit too high-calorie for me.

My wife and I love to support local businesses especially one as charming as this place but we are giving up on Coffee Tea and Me for a while after a couple rude encounters. Today my wife ordered a «Venti» size out of habit and the woman at the counter said«I have no idea what that means» and it wasn’t said in a nice way. I realize you want to hate the giant Starbucks(I often do too) but you don’t need to insult your customers to make that point. With a Starbucks one block away I am sure his woman knew what a Venti is. Also this place — and La Qchara(same owner) — seem to insist that any mention of Hazelnut in your coffee means that you want Hazelnut MILK — which I have never seen anywhere including at those evil Starbucks people. A hazelnut latte in my book uses hazelnut syrup –just like a vanilla latte uses vanilla syrup.

The food and drink(we tried the chipotle chicken wrap, bacon tomato quiche, RSVP wrap, and strawberry bubble drink) selection is great but the food quality is mediocre. I would eat here again if I lived close by but nothing I would go out of my way for. The employees were nice and the music selection was enjoyable but the décor was not very cozy. The pastries look delicious but I did not try any of them.

The selection of coffee, tea, smoothies, pastries and food here is amazing! As well as delicious. I grew up in the neighborhood and whenever I visit home I always make a stop here and try something new. Any of the coffee barista specials I have tried have been delicious, especially the Jack O’Lantern coffee recently(dark chocolate and pumpkin flavor). The breakfast crepes and empanadas are delicious and taste homemade. I would recommend this to anyone! :)

The most adorable little coffee shop you ever did see. The coffee itself destoys Starbucks down the block, the baristas are awesome and the food is good. They also always play salsa music, which I’m obsessed with. My #1 coffee place on Main Street by a long shot!

Super charming coffee and tea(and snack) spot nestled in the heart of downtown Melrose! I have recently started visiting the area, specifically the downtown Melrose strip on Main Street, almost daily and it’s always a delight to stop in here. The atmosphere is cool and comfortable and not portentous like cafes can often be. The baristas are always sweet and helpful. I am a coffee and tea lover on every level but incapable of actually making a decision so I leave my choice of beverage up to them with the only caveat being whether or not I want caffeine. So far I’ve yet to be disappointed! I usually stop by midday/mid-afternoon and can usually find a table to cozy up to and get some light work done of my laptop or iPad, courtesy of complementary wifi. I’ve also indulged in a just a couple of the snacks available on their extensive(especially for a cozy little spot) menu. I’ve had the quiche, some bite size muffins and other treats. I’ve heard from the locals that their crepes and empanadas are also delicious! Those are next on the line up!

I love it. The ambience is good. The store is little small but it looks nice. Cashier might be more polite but It is acceptable. No worries. I prefer to come here again. It looks good to study in. Their price could be lower.

Love, love, love this place! It’s so cute and artsy inside, feels like a true café. It gets busy at peak times, and there aren’t many tables, but I love to eat there when I can. Staff has always been friendly to me, and if you eat there they usually bring over your order. Good breakfast sandwich and baked goods. The French toast muffin is delish! They have a great list of savory and sweet crepes. Also offered is water from a bubbler, which I appreciate so you don’t have to buy a bottle. It’s a great place to support.

Nom nom nom! This place was perfect for my morning meeting with one of my staff. I enjoyed a delicious small latte alongside an egg & cheese on a bagel. I have to say, I appreciate a REAL egg and cheese. Real egg, fried on the stove top & real cheese. It was exactly what I wanted this morning. The latte was really good. Not the best I’ve ever had, but a good cup of coffee. Their pastries looked divine. If I were in the mood I would’ve gotten one, but I was craving savory today. I can’t wait to go back and try one of their muffins or scones. My teacher got an iced coffee and a quiche which sounded & looked super yum! :-) Definitely excited to come back soon and would recommend this to anyone. I think I found a new spot! Oh yeah and free wifi.

Another great cup of coffer from CT&M. I usually take it with a little H&H or lt cream, but the day’s special dark roast was so yummy I drank it black!

Very cute cozy coffee spot. They also serve lots of breakfast and brunch items. Coffee is all very good. As an added bonus they have bubble tea! The crepes are quite gooey with lots of cheese by default. Tastes great but probably not super healthy. Similar feel to the empanadas except the empanadas have that flaky crust. Again — probably also very unhealthy but super delish. Empanadas come with chile verde sauce(low spice) but they have a house bottle of spicy sauce. Their menu is quite extensive so I will need to come back. If you are in the area this could become a regular spot very quickly! I forgot to use my Unilocal check in offer and I went back and got a bubble tea for free! These guys are super awesome and I will be bringing extra tips next time I come in. Only reason for 4 stars — bubbles are not so great :/if they work on their bubbles and maybe use real fruit in their teas(they already have lots of fruit!) they could easily make great bubble tea.
