I pass by this place almost every day and never gave it much thought. I can fix my own computers and we have never had problems with phones before. Well now we have a teenager and his brand new S6 busted. We have a SquareTrade Warranty and they referred me to one of those Mall fixit places. I had sticker shock after getting a price quote — not to mention they were very inconvenient. The same day I was getting our dry cleaning and asked them if they could fix it. Yes, and they showed my the price of the replacement screen. I opted for the local place. Phone fixed like new in just a couple of days.
Would definitely recommend and will go back if we had the need.
