My family and I have been enjoying Carol’s cheesecake before she opened her store on N. Hollywood and Broad. Have enjoyed many flavors but the Turtle cheesecake is outstanding. And, the New York style cheesecake is always a pleaser for a better than familiar dessert — sometimes breakfast in our house. Carol’s husband, Drew, makes a wonderful chili for lunch and his chicken and dumplings are a favorite in our office at West Memorials. Best selection of flavors! Carol’s Cheesecakes is a tasty sweet treat delight in Memphis.

Love love loveeeee this place! It’s become my new favorite dessert shop to buy cheesecakes even after Memphis finally having its own Cheesecake Factory. I came with a friend on a stormy night and the guy (probably the owner) held the door open for us and made sure we backed out of the lot safely. The cheesecake was super delicious and there was a nice variety, as well. We were even given huge samples to try bc obviously we needed more of a reason to never want to leave! If you decide to try this place out, my only suggestion is to go when sunlight is out bc the parking is very limited and the street is fairly busy so be careful.

What a delightful little cheesecake place! Right off of Broad Ave, they have a whole display case full of cheesecakes that are totally swoon worthy. They also have a lunch menu, but you can only get that to go. Well, you have to get everything to go because there is not an option to dine in. But cute little place with divine desserts!

Great cheesecake selection! I have tried more than my normal NY CHEESECAKE and so far so good! They have also started making very affordable lunch meals. And Jesus they are DELISH! The chili is hearty and perfect for this cold weather, the fried pork sliders will take you into food coma and the meatball subs are gonna be my latest addiction.
The parking is limited but people are in and out since it’s more of a to go place with no real dining area. I’ve seen lots of people come in for big orders for their coworkers and such too. It’s definitely a must try!
