Jack Pirtles Chicken

Great chicken, gravy and sides. Ridiculously delicious steak sandwich and chili cheese dog. People who eat such things rave about their livers and gizzards. I will have to take their word for it.
Plus the Pirtles are wonderful supporters of Memphis and our community. Eat local, especially when it’s as good as Pirtles.

I just ate there because I was craving some breakfast! I got the smoked sausage n biscuit, the steak n biscuit, the chicken n biscuit, the gizzard n biscuit, and the liver n biscuit. The biscuits are small, but that’s good because I wanted a variety. The drive thru was a little slow, but the server was friendly. I enjoyed each biscuit. They are only 99 cents a biscuit. I shared half with my boyfriend. Go there and enjoy!

Stopped by Jack Pirtles for a hamburger and I wasn’t disappointed. Not only do they have the best chicken tenders but they make one fine cheeseburger. I got the double cheeseburger with fries and it was one of the greats here in Memphis.

Looking at a plate of Jack Pirtles is a study in beige. I think the chicken is good, never had a burned or overly greasy piece, breaded the right amount so you are not left wondering if there is actually any chicken in the center.
Biscuits, gravy, and potatoes complete the non-​food pyramid.
While I do not recommend eating this every day, this is a fun and tasty treat from time to time! Cmon you can afford a bit of danger in your life, just behave next week!

Food is good. Service is slow and most of the time rude. Different locations do different things… this one? Needs a customer service treatment.
