Wingstop

They might get better rating but when I tried calling in a to go order I was put on hold. After a loud beeping in my ear for 5 minutes I hung up and called back, thinking they forgot about me. Got an answering machine.
Piss poor customer service for a first timer. I might try again in the future, if I’m desperate. Too many other places around to be treated like that.

I like the lemon pepper wings here as much as at BWWs. I find that lately I come here about every other week to order wings and the weeks in between I order pizza. It’s a fast food/​fast casual place so you can’t expect much with the atmosphere in the restaurant. However, it’s clean and they cook the wings in roughly 15 minutes.

We came here because everything else in the area was closed. The service was not too good and the wings were very salty and dry. The flavours we ordered did not provide the excitement I expect from the wings. I have had better wings.

My first visit I tried the lemon pepper wings that everyone raved about and I hated them!!! Mine taste so much better, and that’s not good bc I barely ever cook. I decided to give them another try bc the service was great even though the food wasn’t and they do have a great lunch special with some banging fries!!!
Next time I decided to try the Mango Habanero and they are now my favorite. I love how I can go to wingstop for lunch and its only $ 6.54 (added ranch). I also love how the place is run by young black people and noone gives you that stereotypical bad fast food service. They are friendly and very consistent. *starts clapping*
Wingstop would be nothing without those fries! They have just enough salt, anymore and I’d have to check my blood pressure. They have coke products and some good sweet tea that of course goes great with LEMONADE!!!
If I had to suggest anything it would be to eat it there. The fries don’t taste as good when you eat them to go… I hate that about to go fries.

Great spot and great staff! Loved their garlic parmesan wings and their fries were delicious. Will recommend to everyone.

Good food and service. I was shocked to find out that it was owned by Rick Ross. I’m not a fan of his music or him as a person. Damn it.

I love wings and I’m not opposed to eating fast food wings, if they are good. When a new Wing Stop location opened up close to my house I got a little excited. I was a Wing Stop virgin and I was looking forward to giving them a try. Well, one day last week I decided to call in an order for pick-​up on my way home from work. I called and asked how long it would take. The answer: 14 minutes. «That will work,» I said. Then I proceeded to order 10 wings, hot. The woman on the phone tried to up sell me on just about everything. Normally, I would find this annoying but she seemed passionate about it, which only added to my anticipation that these wings would be stellar. Unfortunately, they weren’t great. When I walked in (prior to the 14 minute mark) my order was already sitting on the counter. Hmmm… When I got in the car I opened the box. The pieces were on the small side but other than that they looked fine and they were warm. The aroma lacked the punch to the nose that one would expect. When I got home I started eating them immediately. They weren’t bad but they weren’t great either. The sauce was very ordinary and quite mild. I doubt I will be eating these wings again.

This is a new location for Wing Stop. I’ve been to other locations in town, so I was pleasantly surprised when this one popped up in Midtown. The prices for what you get are downright reasonable. I had the Cajun and the Mango Habanero wings. The mango habanero were surprisingly sweet and spicy, most of the time wings that promise both flavors only deliver on one. The Cajun was more of a dry rub seasoning than a sauce which gave a nice crunch. Fries were tasty but a little more salty than I would prefer.
Only complaint: 99¢ for ranch dressing. C’mon! Paying for ranch at a spicy wing place? I ordered items separately, so maybe you get it free with a combo…
