Master Eye Associates – Wolfchase Galleria

I have been going here for several years. Dr. Jones is great, the staff does a very thorough exam. They have quality equipment and is very clean. They take walk ins and appointments. The take Cigna vision. And they offer many solutions for your glasses and contact purchases.
I am always a walk in and never wait long maybe 15 minutes. And the exam does not take but 15 minutes longer. So if you want fast and friendly service with accurate vision. This Outside! The place.

Wow!!! No one else would see me, a few other eye doctors @ the walmarts from Cordova to w Memphis ALL left early/​Sick/​last min Vacation … So vision works said they would take me … I drove here then they said they couldn’t. Then they said there might be some one upstairs… It was about 4:45 on a sat … **Enter the Angel sent from above** Aka DR. Jones even that late she still took me after a brief wait the eye exam started and it was very quick and she was very friendly. And now after a busted contact I Can See Again !!!
Price — Great (about ½ if what downstairs quoted me)
Speed — I’ve worn contacts/​glasses for years and this has to be one of the fastest I’ve seen
Friendliness — awesome! The staff up front and the doctor were all top notch
I wish this were the standard for all eye doctors … I can now go back to work safely and get this job done

One huge bonus of this place is that the tests are done in a fast and timely fashion, so you can still make the most of your day. They also ensure that they get to know you as a patient to best match you with the right prescription lenses. Case and point, they asked what kind of work I do and how much I am on my computer or looking at my smart phone and made a minor alteration to my prescription for that reason. They also speak in terms that you will understand as the average Joe coming in here. Dr. Jones is always sure that I am well taken care of with each visit. If you are looking for a solid optometrist, Dr. Jones or anyone at Master Eye Associates is highly recommended!
