Terrible customer service. Bought an Osprey backpack that got a tear after one use. It is a defective product but their attitude was it must have been my fault. The pack had not been misused at all. They were unaware of their return policy even though Osprey claims(wrongly) that they have a «mighty» guarantee. The defect was sewed up by(I’m guessing) a third grader and looks like crap. You don’t always get what you pay for. Will not be buying any more stuff at this store or Osprey products. I will say that the guy who helped me when I bought the pack was knowledgable and helpful but was surprised by their anti-customer stance once there was a problem.

They«miiiiiiiiiiight help you next Wednesday» if they have time to get up from talking about craft beer with their buddies in the middle of the store. Miserable experience. Go to All About Bikes, they didn’t even know what I needed before they said«yea, is it in the car, bring it in.» Outdoors inc is where you go if you ride twice a year and own a vacation home.

Wow. I live Right by a Cabela’s and I cannot tell you guys how great it was to finally talk to people that know what they are talking about and have the same passion for the outdoors that I do. The staff here is amazing and are very friendly I spent about ½ hr talking about kayaks and kayak fishing with the guys here and these dudes were right there to give me advice and tips on the local fishing scene. I will always stop by here anytime I am in Memphis, next time I will buy that Bertucci watch.

its a pretty small building but it hold a butt load of stuff i enjoy just going and looking at stuff sometimes i buy stuff too but its all pretty expensive i guess thats what you get for wanting to buy legit outdoor gear or whatever plus they have some pretty high quality kayaks but not a very big selection take that as you will also its generally pretty chilly in the store so you might want to just buy a jacket when you walk in the store to wear around

I’m not an outside girl. I’ve never been one. I much prefer being indoors where my hair cannot get messed up. I also do not like bugs or dirt. Sue me, at least I’m honest. If you are an outside person and your idea of a vacation is sleeping in a tent on the cold, dirty ground– then this is your place. They have just about everything in the way of camping. The building looks relatively small on the outside, but they jam pack that mother with a ridiculous amount of items for your outdoor adventuring. Even I, the non-outside gal, found a few items here. They carry a pretty wide selection of North Face and Columbia clothing– which I happen to love. The prices are what you would expect of those items, as far as the canoes, tents, sleeping bags and such– well I’m probably not the best one to ask in that department.

If you’re into anything that involves canoeing, hiking, and/or camping, this place is for you. Housed in a deceptively small building, this place is filled with high-quality equipment, including North Face clothing, Reef flip flops, Columbia clothing, and Camelbak water containers. I also spotted some deluxe sleeping bags — the kind that pull tight around your face and over your head. If you’re in need of climbing gear there are clips and grips, and even some freeze-dried food.
