This place has the best biryani in memphis both mutton and chicken. It is definitely authentic and blows other local Indian restaurants out of the water for biryani. That being said the service isn’t good after you actually receive your water/food. In other words you will have to most likely get up and go get your own water if you actually want more than one cup of water with your meal. The chicken biryani is usually consistently good and is also usually around the same size for portions(3 pieces of chicken). The mutton biryani is a gamble with both the quality and the portion. However, when the mutton biryani is good, it is a dream come true/much better than the chicken biryani and even when it isn’t a good day for the mutton biryani it is still solid(but not as good as the chicken biryani). Don’t bother ordering anything else here besides one of the biryanis.

Excellent food, I had the Hyderabad Biryani(chicken) and it was amazing. So full of flavor you don’t get on a regular basis. I tried the samosas as well they were pretty good. Only thing is I wish they had a lunch menu with half the portion or something, its a little on the expensive side for 1 person, but delicious either way!

This is a very genuine place as far biryani is concerned. The food tastes better than other places in Memphis so far. By far they are the best at biryani we have had off late. The ambience is kind of okay, it needs to be improved a lot but it’s perfect for a to go. I would def recommend this place for authentic Andhra food loverS!

Biryani! Got the Hyderabad for take out, nice size, great meat to rice ratio, and the flavor complexity, I am salivating at the thought of it, somewhere little bells are ringing too. Seriously though, good heat level, it is there, but not too much to numb you to the overall flavors. If you eat medium at BBQ joints, you will be fine.

This is best biryani i ever had after paradise in dallas. Prices are reasonable and food is fresh. Staff is friendly. If you want eat biryani try chicken and goat. I also liked their masala dosa which authentic and tasty. Their chicken 65 and chicken is also very good.

If you’re jonesing for a quick Indian fix, than Sai Fast Food maybe the ticket. But, no matter what the name says, it’s not«fast food». Everything’s cooked to order, so expect a little bit of a wait. The menu is not very big, so there’s no cheaper lunch menu, you’re ordering off just the regular menu. You’ll find the usual Indian dishes, biryani, chapati, etc., and the flavors are authentic. My only gripe are the prices are double what you’d expect to pay for lunch. Most the dishes range $ 10-$ 15, which is too much(in my opinion) for lunch, especially at a «hole in the wall.»

We have been regulars here for past few months now and the food always has been excellent. Authentic taste and more flavorful than all other Indian restaurants in town. Personal recommendation Veg Biryani(try the salan and raita sides too), Rawa Masala Chilly Dosa, regular Masala Dosa and filter coffee.

3rd time here and it gets better every time. Best Indian food in town. The chicken and goat briyanis are delicious. This is not a Buffett but I’ve yet to find anything on the menu that wasn’t great.
