Quick dessert and always great. Prices don’t really match the sizes well. I’m not really fat myself but I can usually eat more than most and these little cups don’t match up well enough to cost the way they do.

TCBY is my jam. It is perfect for business meetings(instead of boring olé coffee that I don’t even drink), and for the occasional afternoon treat. I like this location because they have a drive-thru, although I have no idea how they stay in business because they are always empty… which is not why they get three stars… they get three stars because their staff is just so-so. If you’re empty, and I’m your only customer, don’t you think you should be nice, quick, and professional? There have been at least 5 times where the only words spoken to me were literally my total. A smile wouldn’t hurt either.

Being cool is a beautiful thing. I make pilgrimages to this TCBY at least once a week. Actually a lot more, but I can’t help it. I am a creature of habit. I like this stuff and can’t get enough man. My favorite mix is always in stock. The crew is extra sweet. Life is good.

Wow, this place is open late. The soft serve hit the spot. It’s actually pretty inexpensive. The staff was fun too. I can see this being a regular late night treat.

So, last night I went to this location get my husband and myself some yogurt. His was no problem, just bananas foster. On the other hand, I ordered Redbirds Berry mixed with white chocolate mousse. I didn’t eat it last night, but when I dug in with great anticipation this morning, I found NO white chocolate mousse, only the berry. So I took it back to the store. They wanted to charge me $ 3 to replace the mistake! I refused to pay twice just to get what I ordered in the first place. They gave me the replacement but the girl behind the counter told me she was texting her manager and was going to «get in trouble». What kind of place charges the customer to fix *their* mistake?

Well, it is a competitor for Yolo as they are next to each other. They definitely have more flavors than Yolo, but they have limited toppings. Also, you have to ask the server for toppings as opposed to Yolo, where you deal with toppings by yourself. Overall, it is not bad place for frozen yogurts(both: taste and money-wise).

The design of this building sucks. There is no room to park, and not much room to sit really. However, I do like the selections and a bonus is that they carry my favorite topping, maple walnuts, which you won’t find at every location. I love that they offer $ 1.00 waffle cones on Wednesday.

I love me some TCBY– and was ecstatic to see they were opening one closer to me on Union Ave. My husband’s father and sister are in town for the week, and we decided to take an after dinner trip last night to partake in some of the yummy ice-cold goodness. I hadn’t realized how tiny this location was until we drove into the parking lot. There are about 5 parking spots on the side of the building– and there is really NO room for the cars that frequent the drive-thru once people have taken those spots. Not to mention, once these spots are taken, you are forced to park your vehicle in the lot belonging to Captain D’s next door. I can only imagine it will be a matter of time before they throw up the«Parking for Captain D’s Customer’s Only» sign. One we parked and got inside, we realized just how small this place is. There were 2 tables already taken up with about 5 people, and the tables are right next to the long narrow counter.(I have a space bubble issue and this was seriously cramping mine) There was also a line with 13(yes 13) people waiting to order. Once it was our turn, we started shouting our orders out to the 5 or 618 y/o girls behind the counter. It was mass chaos. Why you would man your store(the only ice cream store I can think of in the Midtown area) with 18 y/o gals on the second week of your opening is beyond me. They were friendly enough, but between the 7 – 8 cars in the drive-thru and the crazy insane amount of people waiting in line inside one would guess as a store owner, you’d make sure there would be someone of higher authority on the premises. We walked to the very end of the long, narrow counter to pay, and thought we could quickly exit at a door located at the far end of the establishment. Oh, but no. There is ONE, yes ONE, door inside this place. Which means, once you pay for your sweet treats, you must turn around and scoot your fat arse through the line of hungry folks behind you AND the people already enjoying their treats at the tables. It was quite an anxiety ridden experience to say the least. Once we were able to maneuver ourselves and ice cream to the lone door in front, we nabbed a table on their patio and enjoyed our purchases. The food itself was awesome– typical of TCBY. I have no complaints there. We sat and took in the mass chaos that was their drive-thru and parking situation and realized quickly that if we went back, we would only be going through the drive-thru. There is no reason to put yourself through the unorganized mess that is their indoor set up. So, if you decide to visit this particular TCBY, I advise you to do so from the confines of your car– and if you do venture inside take note that it will be very crowded– that and they do not have garbage cans on the patio, so you will have to yet gain, enter this place to throw away your garbage.
