I love these guys… the employees are always SOHELPFUL and kind. If they don’t have something we’re looking for… they always find it for us. If your a Mom looking to find a game that you have no idea what it is… this is your store! You’ll be fully educated and informed of all good and bad about it before you leave. Thanks again Game Stop Menifee!

I love this Game Stop. The staff here are awesome and have always been helpful and knowledgeable on any and all games I might be interested in. I usually don’t leave reviews on sites like this but I happened to notice the poor reviews when I went to look up the hours of the store today. The majority of the bad reviews I read are being based on the company’s policy and not on this store and staff itself. I’m sorry but you can’t expect to take in your used game for a trade and expect to get back what you paid for it. The fact that they accept trades at all and are willing to give you anything for it is amazing in my opinion. I saw another complaint about having to have an HDMI cable in order to trade in a system. If you had done your research before making the drive you would know the system you are trading in needs to have pretty much everything you had with it when you originally bought it. Taking it in without an HDMI cable would be like taking it in without a power cord. I saw another bad review about having to wait in a line. Well the majority of all Game Stops are on the small side. I don’t think I have ever seen a Game Stop with more than 3 registers in it. Any time I have been in this particular Game Stop there is always 2 people behind the register with 1 to 2 staff walking around the store assisting customers with questions. When people go in to trade in there systems and games this can be time consuming for the staff at the register because they have to look up the trade values and maybe have to deal with that customer trying to trade in a system who forgot something as simple as an HDMI cable. If you ever go in on a day that a major new release drops… well of course… expect to wait in some sort of a line. It is what it is and is a pretty much accepted occurrence for anyone who has been in any Game Stop before. It basically comes down to this. If you haven’t been to this store I would recommend checking it out for yourself. You wont be disappointed. Awesome store!!! Awesome staff!

Don’t sell your video games here, you get NOTHING for them! It’s better to just keep them or give it away than to sell them here. What a joke! I bought a few video games for $ 50+, I was offered less than $ 5 for them and they had just came out with them within the last month so they’re not old video games. SO sad.

My personal favorite gamestop. Always clean, great staff. Very knowledgable. They always beat others trade in values and keep me shopping there.

Horrible customer service and employees seem to have no knowledge of any products sold in the store. After waiting in a very long line. Which I believe was due to staffs inability to answer questions, properly work the register or finish long winded personal conversations. I spoke to a vapid, dead eyed young lady who seemed bothered that I had questions regarding services sold in the store. I waited while she typed her little fingers on a computer keyboard, sighed, and kept looking over at fellow workers to see if they were doing something that might be more interesting then assisting me. After ten full minutes she ask me if I could meet her at the register located on the other side of the register bank. I was forced to walk to the back of the store to avoid the extended line waiting to bask in the incompetency of the GameStop Menifee staff. Once I fought my way over, Vapid dead eye began typed her useless fingers on the computer keyboard again… only to finally say, «I am sorry, but you need to upgrade». Needless to say, I drove(using precious gas) over to have a competent employee at another store in the near by town fix my issue no extra charge, or upgrade.

workers didn’t know anything about any of the games that were out, customers were coming up to me instead to ask questions. no knowledge at all in their products. much rather go to the location in murrieta, where they actually know what they’re talking about.

I have purchased games here for a while know, Staff is friendly, Prices vary on whether you buy new or used games or systems. Just got GTA5 and I was in and out in 5 minutes which is not bad in my book.

I was there 3 times. Once to buy a pre-owned game, then again to exchange it due to poor performance, and one last time to get a refund. Here’s my issue with Gamestop. You should NOT have to give your name, phone number, address nor email addy to get a refund. I mean, they didn’t need it to take my money, why need that info to give me a refund? It is store policy to do so, according to the store manager Tyler, I dont have much against Tyler but all against the store policy, it puts customer’s privacy at a risk. Let me explain. A couple years back I lost a few hundred dollars due to identity theft, ID theft is RAMPING, it has been for years, the least information that you divulge, the less chances of getting ripped off… and it takes crooks only a bit of info from you to cause you financial damage. If you go to gamestop and purchase something, pay with plastic, give your name, phone, home address and email address, that’s enough for a unscrupulous employee or due to a breach on digital database to put you at high risk, not paranoia, a fact of life, I have lived it, I know! The solution, do like others stores do. You got the merchandise, you got the receipt, GIVETHEREFUND!!! BTW, you only have 7 days to return a pre-owned game, I returned in on day 6 with receipt and all. Have you ever returned something at the Supertarget around the corner from where Gamestop is? Just give them the merchandise, Supertarget sometimes dont even need a receipt!!! Although I never had to do that, but I mention this just to make my point. I will be shopping elsewhere from now on, watch your back, they take a lot of unnecessary personal information from you. I recommend Gamestop to NOBODY.
