I had such a great experience at this location! I recently relocated from out of state, and lost my prescription sunglasses right after I moved. I went o Lenscrafters, and they were more than helpful. Since I just had an eye exam in March, they took care of trying to obtain my information from my previous eye doctor which proved to be challenging. Ace, who was great, was more than patient with the situation even though my previous eye doctor had every excuse in the book to not send over my records (and never did even after a written consent form from the patient and the doctor). The entire staff there went out of their way to try to do everything in their power to obtain my prescription so I could get new glasses; they even went to giving me a very basic eye exam for $ 25 since my previous doctor’s office would not release my records because was ‘too busy’. This Lenscrafters is a Win-​Win place to get glasses. Great selection of higher-​end glasses and awesome customer service! Would recommend to anyone!
