Worst McDonalds ever. The service is ridiculous. We waited in the drive through line forever before pulling up to the window where no one was either. We then called the phone number to see if anyone was alive in there. Someone eventually answered so we decided going in would be faster. It still took 15 minutes and our order as wrong. Who owns this place?

This Store is a Joke. They want $ 15hr. NOT. I pulled in Drive Thru Saturday for 6 fresh Chocolate chip cookies and the 2 girls in drive assured they were FRESH. NOT. I park and go in, and let them have it. Stupid Ass workers laughing and don’t know what FRESH is let alone Mean. previously I my Sob had a piece of hair in his Sandwich… FUCKN Gross. The Service is Poor and Half the Young Kids they Employee only want the check… I’m reporting their ass to the Health Department and others… A Pop Up Visit should be done at this Location. Wasn’t this the same Store in the News a few years ago!

Sometimes you want Brunello, other times you want Nitrane… No, that doesn’t work… I’m not really into fortified wine anymore anyway. I think I left that bottle in the gutter back in ’91 or ’92 when I was… oohhhh… much younger. Sometimes you want Foie Gras, other times you want Pâté… Yeah right… ASIF! Put some Foie in front of me & I’ll always pick it over some lame ass piece of dried out chicken liver. Awww, screw it! Sometimes, you just want a greasy breakfast consisting of a large cup of watery orange juice, a dry breakfast sausage sandwich & some greasy hash browns that you know will take a couple of years off your life & give you stomach cramps for a few hours… Sometimes, just sometimes, we human beings are so stupid we actually crave McDonald’s. Today, I gave in to that craving. Vitamin G(Grease) is good for a hangover!

Staff. Is. Terrible… I have been to this McDonalds continuously over the past few years and the staff/service has slowly taken a turn for the worse. Whether it is the drive through or inside, the staff seems to just wish you would go away. This change is unfortunate because the atmosphere to this McD is much nicer than your typical McD and the food is usually on par with what you would expect from McDs but the staff have really seemed to tarnish the place and have put a ominous cloud over this restaurant. For now, I probably won’t be back, at least there are other options in the area to choose from. Summary: Staff is poor Service is poor Ambiance is really nice and well above average Food is usually on par

Stopped here for food during a drive from Milwaukee headed North. Pulling up at their drive-thru service, you find yourself in the dual lane set up. I was the only one-in line when the person politely greeted me. I then asked if it was possible for her to please give me a few seconds — for I was browsing through their menu. Only 5 — 6 seconds later, the lady asked if I had made up my mind. I found this kind of rude, especially since I was the only one in line. Oh well, I suppose I won’t stop by here often, but it’s good to keep your experiences in a log.

Looks like a nice clean place, but I’ve never eaten inside. I have run into an attitude with an employee over the telecom once before. The most consistent problem with this place is the lack of attention to details. They have ALWAYS forgotten something. It’s been really disappointing. We get better service in inner-city Milwaukee’s McDonald’s.

Went today and had to wait for a Blended coffee drink. They were gracious enough to hand me two gift cards for my wait. How nice. Too bad the cards expired January 31, 2015. Yep — hiring requirement is, «has pulse».

If you like gambling, try the drive thru. Put your chips on an order. If you dare, try multiple orders. Next, drive up to the window and pay. Did you get a receipt? Unlikely. That never happens. But, maybe you’re lucky. Then, drive to the next window for your order. YOUSHOULDCHECKITBEFOREYOULEAVE because it’s likely wrong. But you are most likely in a hurry, that’s why you did drive thru. Now, you are ready to eat. Is your order«on the money?» Maybe you took meals home to the kids. Oh no, the hamburger you ordered is missing. Maybe they forgot your iced coffee. Or are the fries missing? Something is likely missing. Do you try to call and speak to an employee? If you like torture, go ahead. What’s your reward? It’s a free value meal card, if they actually send it to you. If you get it, it has an expiration date. By the time you are ready to start gambling again, it’s expired. You don’t realize this until you are back in the drive thru line already. Maybe this round, they will get your order right. If they do, buy a lottery ticket. Odds of success, unfortunately, seem similar at this location.

The customer service here is appalling. The staff never seems to pay attention to the drive thru. I can always here the staff goofing around through the speaker. And when I finally got my order taken the cashier seemed more concerned with eating her ice cream. I tried to give it another shot but now refuse to go back!

Terrible service and very slow. I live very close to this location and it is really inconvenient to go to a different location so foolishly I keep giving this location a chance but it is ridiculous. The order is almost always wrong even though I get an egg white delight substitute bacon every time I go in the morning — I have gotten everything from a plain biscuit to a bacon egg and cheese biscuit to a sausage mcgriddle. They often times in the evening you have to pull into a spot b/c something isn’t ready and they seem to forget you b/c it takes a very long time. What ultimately spurred me to write this review was the other day, they changed the battery in the drive thru headset and forgot to turn it back on so I sat in a long line of drive-thru people(unable to pull or back out of line) and they just ignored the entire line. How did you not notice no one was coming through the drive thru? Luckily I am moving so I won’t go back. Seriously, save the frustration and drive to a different location — it’ll be worth it.

I was hungry so I went inside and got a basic burger. Immediately went to the bathroom 3x and then vomited in the parking lot twice. The place is filthy. Order and eat at your own risk.

My wife & I dined here on 5÷22÷14 for dinner. There were black ants by the ketcup dispenser. A leaky ceiling by the pop dispenser. When I informed the staff, they were clueless. We will NOT be back!

This location consistently gets it right. Quick service and warm food. The employees are usually pleasant and easy to understand. I like coming here to use the wi-fi internet and enjoying the items from the dollar menu. It’s nice to have the soda machine in the dining room so I can get as many refills as I wish! Let’s hope the new owners keep this place running as well as it always has!

A basic McD’s. They were clean, had a tidy bathroom, and the food was pretty standard. Not too shabby! However, since they are now doing their«fish bites» promotion, the place had an odd smell upon entering the building. I am hoping this fish fad doesn’t last too long!

What can I say it’s McDonald’s. Well known for standardized uniform service. Coke machines were setup and clean. New Renovations comfy seats hot fries Mc Rib sandwich. I came with a busload of football players. Orders were taken and received quickly. No complaints from this Unilocal-er. I gave the manager a verbal acknowledgment of good service and having a good crew working efficiently.
