Two of us ordered the chicken teriyaki plate special $ 5.29 each. The chicken was cooked fresh while we waited.
This dish included vegetables (steamed I think) would be awesome if they were grilled like the chicken. The dish also included rice. Portion size was good, would liked a bit more chicken (you can get extra chicken for $ 2.00 more)
We both thought the dish needed more teriyaki sauce on it, but we were able to go back and request a small portion of teriyaki which we were given.
We would eat here again, we enjoyed our teriyaki chicken.

I had 2 people in my family get food poisoning. They both a food with chicken in it. I contacted Sensei Corporate Offices. They Never Responded. I made a complaint to Merced City Public Health. The inspector went out and they Failed the inspection in numerous areas. The inspection is posted on the Merced City Health Departments board. Don’t Eat At Sensei.

Went there for lunch today. Had their Shrimp Tempura Bento Box. Everything was cooked and the sushi rolls on the side were okay. My thing with the shrimp tempura there’s not supposed to be a whole lot of extra tempura batter on the food item. Just enough to where the shrimp or vegetable is covered not where I have to take more bites to get to the shrimp. I should of ordered the Chicken Teriyaki plate instead. Nonetheless this is my first time here so my opinion may change next time around

My favorite place to eat. I go 2 – 3 times per week. I always order the peperyaki chicken and it is literally the best chicken and rice plate I’ve ever had.

The food is served fast, tastes delicious, and the people there are friendly. Out of all the food places at the mall, sensei has to be top. Love it!

Merced Mall fast food, Wonderful Teriaki Chicken Served on sticky rice w vegetables or with out. One day I will try other things, but for now I am hooked on the chicken. It’s Fantastic!
