Before you leave this location, check your bag!!! They always forget something… Such an inconvenience, who wants to drive back for a forgotten item when your already home. And the crunchy taco shells were very stale today

Every single time I go through the drive thru they forget something or when I get home something was made incorrectly. Always check your order or go inside. F

The man named Jake, he gives really good customer service. Because of a fault, he upgraded my freeze drink to a large (it was even happy hour).
Also, this Taco Bell compared to others tend to make their burritos and tacos with more filling, so you get what you pay for.
Also also, many of the other workers have given me a small soda when I just asked for a water cup.
In the end the workers here are very enthusiastic and make you feel welcome. Even in the drive-​thru!

Compared with other Taco Bells, I liked the Mexican Pizza here! I took a photo of it, and showed it to another Taco Bell in the Bay Area and asked them to make it. They thought it was funny but they humored me and it was good!
Extra cheese, cut in 4 pieces, with tomatoes!

OK, this is ridiculous, the last week the order was again wrong, it was missing three items, and today on the receipt, three items were «without cheese» due to a lactose intolerant person we were buying for. The two «cheese’less» tacos and one encherito both had cheese, on the wrapper it said «without cheese» so, what is up?
This Taco Bell always has had poor service and long waits, Today was no different, the wait time was in excess of 5 to 6 minutes due to the breakfast items, I guess,
Next Time, Asadero is getting the business.

Every time I go to this taco bell the workers are conversing, laughing, smiling back at each other and not serving you. This may be because the food is still being prepared but none the less, I was waiting in the drive through’s first window just to pay while the girl and guys bicker back and forth. This has happened 3 seperate times now. The first time they got my order wrong but the food was good so I didn’t return it, the second time the guy ahead of me was having to wait to pay while we both saw cashier talking to one of the other employees (I just drove out of the line and went to jacknthebox).The Third time I waited through their coversation and got the right food, but then I got fire and mild sauce when I asked for Fire And Hot Sauce. When they gave me the wrong sauce that crossed the line. I had to make this account just to let everyone know about this tragedy along with their poor service.

Havent had taco bell in a long time so i decided to go since i was hungry and on a budget. Without thinking to stop and check if they miss anything. drove all the way home. They forgot my cinnamon twist inside the box. Ugh!

It is taco bell, it is food. Fast food. And it isn’t a burger. The only shameful thing is that the Merced Taco Bells are owned by a family that thinks to make money they must charge more. Everything is 10 cents more than other tacobells. Not a huge ordeal, but when we were kids and saw the ‘bean burritos for 59 and they were 69 it was a really big issue. Still today, things are a fraction more than a taco bell in another town and that always chaps my hide.
Recently remodeled, so very nice. It is right across from local hs so usuallly many kids. I hope it stays nice for a while… no guarnatees. Drive through is always busy, almost forcing you to eat inside. Used to hang out in the parking lot many many years ago when waiting for things to do on Friday nights. More fun when in High school, annoying now to see those poor shlubs.
Oh, but the food is normally ok, and the remodel is nice. I did however, get a crunchwrap that was floppy and soggy in my hands. Made a mess as it fell apart as I tried to hold it. Oh well, It’s taco bell and fast food.

Not the best taco bell I’ve been to by far. The people were nice in the drive through, but when I got to the window for my order (during the crunchwrap for 88c deal) They informed me they had no more available immediately and that if I wanted to pull off to the side and wait they would make me some. I dont know why they waited till I got through the 10 minute drive through line to tell me, but being polite I was like «sure, not a problem» and pull off to the side. I also ordered some empanadas cause they are bomb. I sat in my car for 20 minutes and when I finally got my crunchwraps there was no such thing as crunchy. I picked it up and it flopped over like a tortilla filled with goo. It was cold too, like they had forgot that I ordered them and just grabbed some that had been made 20 minutes ago and had sufficient time for the crispy shell in the middle to get fully saturated with lettuce and meat juices. I hate complaining because I dont like to make the people that work at a fast food place feel bad, and I dont like being the «unruly» customer that was «such an @ss» during their shift that probably wasnt enjoyable to begin with, but of course If I dont go in I dont get a replacement do i? So I had to go in and ask politely and wait another 10 minutes for new ones. These were fresh, but to have to go through the ordeal and that much waiting for what was supposed to be fast food and drive-​through, not sit and wait, just wasnt winning me over. I went here a couple other times and the food was mediocre to not very fresh, and I havent been back since. Empanadas are always good but they cant mess those up much since they’re pre-​made and just need to be fried.

After the whole ordeal with Taco Bell using only like 34% beef, which is under the FDA regulations or so, Taco Bell had this whole campaign for its defense. They claim that the «other ingredients» make the meat taste better. Fast food is already unhealthy, but it’s so tasty! It’s okay to indulge every so often! It’s not like it’s illegal! Anyways, this Taco Bell just got remodeled recently and it looks really pretty with the new lights and architectural designs. I had a late night craving for some greasy goodness. Where do I go? Taco Bell! Plus, I wanted the CrunchWrap Supreme… it’s only $ 0.88 during this so called promotion! I went through the drive-​thru and the people were really nice. After I ordered, my boyfriend and I went to the first window to pay. The girl was really sweet. We pulled up to the next window to get our food. The guy that helped us was very enthusiastic and was really generous with the sauce! I love the hot sauce from Taco Bell. It’s my favorite cuz the mild is bland, the fire one is sweet, and this one’s got a kick to it! There’s also two new flavors but I don’t like them either. I wanted the $ 5 big box meal/​deal, but they’ve raised the price up to $ 5.69 so I only indulged in 1 CrunchWrap Supreme!
