They need to change their booking system. I had changed my schedule based on my appointment with this dentist, but was asked to cancel it later because they did not actually have space for me.

Dawn and her assistant Mary was the sweetest! I’m 27 and had never been to the dentist so you can imagine I was in fear, to my surprise Dawn was very gentle and attentive to my concerns. I recommend her to anyone and everyone.

I was so incredibly impressed with my whole experience at Dr. Bova’s office. The office staff welcomed me in like I was family. My teeth have never felt so incredible after a cleaning! Great job, Piper! And Dr. Bova has gone above and beyond any dentist in the area helping me solve my jaw problem. Highly recommend!

Giving this practice five stars because of the office manager. Really think the below review is off base and I think it’s ridiculous someone would switch practices because of the office manager hassled about payment. Clearly, you just need to pay your bills on time. I’ve never had any problems with any of the staff.

I LOVE my dentist. Dr. Bova and her staff are perfectionists. They are highly focused on ensuring you have a great experience. From getting your billing right and helping you create a long term treatment plan to keeping your entire visit as pain free as possible, Dr. Bova’s team is the best. I have had a lot of dental work done in my life and have not had a dentist that I trust as much as Dr. Bova. I would guess that the kind of dental work I need is as challenging as it comes and I have been completely happy with my results so far.
