When you spend as many nights in a hotel as I do there are certain things that stand out, both good and bad. This Hampton Inn lives up to the typical«Hilton Group» standards. First and foremost, the staff is top notch. They are very friendly and do their best to make the guests feel a part of the family. The rooms are ALWAYS clean, very spacious and comfortable. The amenities(pool, fitness room, business center) are very good. I have used some of the meeting facilities and they are also first class. The wifi service is available throughout the building and is adequate. It isn’t super fast but is among some of the better services I have used in a hotel. The only complaint I have is one that I find in most hotels. The TV service is not good. Yes, they have new, flat screen HDTVs. But the cable service is only standard definition. SD pictures are worse on an HDTV than they are on an old SDTV. The stretched picture looks terrible. They need to upgrade the cable or satellite service to true HD programming. This is the only reason this property did NOT receive five stars.

I was very impressed with all the comforts afforded the guests of this mid-priced hotel. There was a 24 hour refreshment bar with coffee, tea, and cold lemon water in the lobby. The staff was real and friendly. The room was clean and well stocked with enough towels. The continental breakfast was full and the morning dining area was sleek, modern and comfortable.
