This place is PHENOMENAL! I’ve been taking my 2010 BMW 3-​series there for the past couple of years. Haleem and his crew are beyond amazing! They provide excellent service at very reasonable rates. Everyone there is friendly and knowledgeable and they treat you like family and don’t try to sell you stuff you don’t need. It’s great having an alternative to going to the dealer for service. I can’t say enough about this place!

this was one of the best auto shop experiences I’ve ever had. we called in and were immediately invited to bring the car over. when we arrived, we were immediately seen and the problem was diagnosed. the bill was much lower than anticipated and completely appropriate. thanks for your help!

Awesome service for European cars. Fair, fast, and very accommodating. Brought my 2005 Volvo S80 there for service twice. Rick makes you feel like you are a family friend and treats you as such. Prices are more than fair… and I’m convinced I would have paid at least 2 or 3 times as much at a dealer. Will be taking my Volvo here From now on. Wonderful friendly people make the difference. They are honest and explain everything thoroughly… and they don’t try to sell you on work you don’t need. So glad I found them.

Best find for my Audi TT Roadster. I’ve been there three times now and every time they’ve provided some of the best service I’ve ever experienced. So far they’ve performed mostly standard maintenance work (oil change, tires rotated and balanced, state inspection etc.) brakes on all four wheels, replaced my wiper arms (I had a broken arm and they sourced two matching used arms online that match the car perfectly and saved me big $$ vs. the cost of new Audi parts). They replaced a bulb on the front end that another shop (who I later found didn’t know the proper procedure to even access it) told me had a «bad socket» that immediately blew out the bulb when they replaced it. They told me I needed to visit an Audi dealership for diagnostics and repair. Rick pulled the appropriate panels off with a special tool, replaced the bulb and put it all back together in under 10 minutes. Best thing by far is the service — extraordinary and fair. These are nice people. Sarah runs the office and is knowledgeable and courteous, Rick is an extremely knowledgeable and experienced, a very talented mechanic, as is Haleem, the owner. Not only are both of these guys awesome mechanics, they are fair and honest — we all know that’s not always the case — in my experience, it’s an unusual phenomenon. I’m sure the other mechanics are talented and likeable as well, though I haven’t yet personally worked with the rest of the team. These are people you can trust and the kind of guys you would like to have a beer with. Another nice feature is their website that provides information on your vehicle such as repairs and maintenance that’s been performed, service schedules for your vehicle and automated appointment reminders via email. I’m relatively new to the area, but thankfully I’ve already found HM Motor Works. This is a truly awesome Audi shop… I’m absolutely sold.
