This place used to be okay for a Chinese buffet years ago but even then, the service was always spotty and food quality was a guessing game. I stopped by a few months ago after moving back to the area and saw it was a new place but. they were closed. Come to find out after inquiring at a nearby store, the health department had shut them down for the weekend. After asking around, it seems to be in rough shape.

They changed the name Ichiban buffet. It was never very good before but we thought maybe they had new owners or something so we gave it another try tonight. Don’t bother with this place nothing has changed except the name. Its weird that the buffets are literally steaming so bad that you almost can’t see the food. You would think that the food would be hot but most of it is lukewarm. Some is actually cold like they just pulled it from the fridge. The food is just plain bad. The floors are very slick because of all the steam. Very disappointing and we won’t be going back.

We stopped for lunch at 11:00 and when we left, they were just starting to put out the sushi. The rice noodles were full of onions, the lo mein very boring… chicken wings were good, crispy noodles by the soup were not cripsy fresh… the ice cream was so hard I tried and tried to get some out — I only had a bit like a moth ball. Peanut chicken had not much taste and coconut chicken left a lot to be desired

Been there a few times and it went from mediocre to horrible. I will never set foot in this place again. The food is bland and ill prepared. I have never had such bad Chinese food.

Under new owner and management. Food is great and the price is even better. Many choices. Can’t go wrong.

I doubt whether the boss of Ichiban is the same as Tokyo Grill’s…same using a Japanese name but waiters are all Chinese, similar Chinese food only sushi is Japanese food. But waiters here are more rude and food varities are less with lower quality. Can’t imagine they can think up of a name meaning the No.1 buffet

This place is irresponsible. They had sushi with cream cheese in it labled«vegetable.» I should sue them for false advertisement. I’m allergic and now with ONE bite, I now need to do shots every other day and will have 10 days of dietary hell. I agree with the person who states this place needs to be closed down.

We really enjoyed it. I think of it was clean, quit and nice. The staff is friendly. Here have more fresh food and great price. It’s a good place to go for lunch(lunch just $ 6.20) Their hot &sour soup is really delicious. Fried chicken wings, hot dog, French fries are a great. Salad and fruit which was good. Can’t go wrong!

This place was a decent chinese buffet at one time. I’m not sure if new management took over or what but the place continues to go downhill. Never a good time to eat here. Not even during the lunch rush. For some reason this has turned into the worst chinese buffet ever. Tables and chairs are falling apart. Carpet in dining room is atrocious. Buffet tables are in poor shape and the bathrooms are third worldishly disgusting. Food is horrible. Never eat here.

Don’t bother going. Service still stinks, plates piled up on table as waiters and waitresses kept passing us by. Food was mediocre and cold. Sushi selection was pathetic. Crab legs were only three dollars extra but you have to keep asking them to bring out more. Go to village buffet in titusville instead.
