I’ve started laser vein treatment on my legs and am very pleased with Dr. Osorio and the entire staff. The office is very clean and well equipped. Dr. Osorio reviews your prognosis and treatment plan and does a great job of explaining each step of the treatment and what to expect. I would highly recommend the Advanced Skin & Laser Center to anyone needing vein treatment.

This is a nice place and the staff is very friendly. The only negative thing I would say is they didn’t price match as promised on their web site. I found a great price on Dysport but it was at a location far from my home. I called Advanced Skin & Laser, told them about the advertised price at the other location, and they refused to match it. Their excuse was the doctor must have gotten a deal on some that was about to expire. I thought this was poor customer service on their part since I will probably not go back to them again. My future business probably would have been a lot more than whatever they wouldn’t have made on the Dysport.

As a new client at this business I was concerned about their customer service after paying for an expensive procedure. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service and my expectations were met. Lorraine Kempton RN did my procedure and when I returned for my followup appointment she noticed that there were corrections required. Without additional cost she applied more medication and fixed the problem. This business stands behind their customer’s expectations and I will return there for other services in the future.

Decided to have a little «maintenance» done and a friend recommended this place. Walking in it is a very tasteful office and everyone was very friendly… I felt very comfortable…
I was very pleased with Dr. Osorio and staff, they were very professional and I was at ease my entire visit… which was a big relief considering some of the areas I was thinking about «maintaining»! I can tell you that I also am ecstatic with my results… actually better than I expected and I had a pretty high expectations!
I will definitely be going back for a couple other «maintenance» items after how will this turned out. thanks Dr. Ken!!!
