If there was an option to rate 13 stars, I would would still choose 14. We came to this shopping center to buy jeans and saw mattress firm. The friend I was with had been looking for a mattress for a very long time, however couldn’t find one. So we just came in to investigate.
Not only did we buy a mattress that day at an unbelievably cost effective price, but we also recieved free shipping and handling as well as a box frame. And, we couldn’t have done any of that without the gentleman that helped us along the way, Michael.
The moment Michael took note that we arrived, he greeted us with a friendly hello. He helped us through the process, taking our budget into consideration the whole time. Walking us through what we wanted, we finally settled on a Deveraux mattress worth very more than we bargained for.
Michael kept a smile on our faces the whole time and kept the levels of our stress on the down low. He brought us water and offered us fancy pillows. (: Not to mention, we related very well.
Our overall experience was excellent, and we’d like to say it was because of Michael. We are ecstatic about our new mattress and cannot wait to sleep comfortably on our new bed (: Thank you so much Mattress firm and a special thank you to Michael !!
