Stephanie does not know what she is doing. My fiancé and I walked into Verizon and she quoted my fiancé and I a completely outrageous amount to start up a phone plan and told us there was no iPhone 6s+ available and come to find out she was complete wrong and just didn’t even want to check. Thankfully Matthew was there to help and get us the best deal possible and walk us through whatever we needed.

The store is always crowded which means long times waiting. The wait is exacerbated by the fact that the representatives are slow because they’re as bad as used car salesmen. I went in to buy a phone, cash. But I couldn’t do that — I had to say no to a bunch of upsells. No I don’t need a $ 50 case, no I don’t need a $ 30 car charger, or a $ 15USB cord. If I did, I would have told you, or picked it up while I waited 15 or 20 minutes to talk to you! If they just did what the customer asked, the lines would go quicker.

Went to sand club first their system was down, they sent us to the verizon store, went in to get a phone for my daughter, got great service from a guy named Ricky martan. They stayed after for half an hour after they closed. i would highly recommend this store, it was definitely a five star visit.

We were«helped» by Ashley today… She was extremely rude and unhelpful the entire time. The way she explained the plan options was confusing and when we had questions she acted as if we were idiots for having them. She kept saying«are you understanding what I’m saying after every sentence». We will never be back! Very unprofessional for being in customer service.

Went into the store today to follow up on an email i received about the possibility of an upgrade. I have not had the best of experiences with in store purchases(see review from 6÷12÷13) but i figured it wouldnt cost to look and i was killing time anyway while my car was cleaned. The reason i have upgraded my review from 1⁄5 stars to 5⁄5 stars has everything to do with the excellent customer service and quality information i was given from ANTENJENSEN. From the onset i told him that i was just looking and doing homework on new devices and how it would affect my bill. Anten was patient and informative on both counts. He took the time to first assess my knowledge of the phone i wanted and then line by line broke down how upgrading would effect my bill. I thanked him took his card and told him i would be in touch. With absolutely ZERO pressure he told me to call anytime if i had further question. Later that night i text him(after store hours) and asked some additional billing questions and questions about the device i was looking at(Samsung Note 4). Even after hours he responded promptly and invited me to come back into the store where he could take another look at my contract. The following day i met with Anten and my first question was weather or not her could do anything with the out the door price on my phone. i explained that i didnt need alot of the additional add ons(case, car charger, new wall charger ect) could omitting those items offset some of the final cost. He told me absolutely and came back with a number that was significantly lower and that reflected only what i needed. This bears mentioning in light of the fact that all employees there are commission based, that said Anten was more interested in providing quality customer service and detailed explanations rather than inflating the price with unnecessary items and accessories(*see previous review from 6⁄2013) By the time we were finished(aprox 30min) Anten had set me up with a new phone, a tablet, and more over he was able to add both devices as well as keep my bill at the same(slightly less infact, $ 4.00 less per month) monthly amount and same service. Bottom line is that if you are in the market for a new phone or upgrade and prefer the personal in store experience or even if you need detailed thoughtful information about your current phone and plan go see ANTENJENSEN at the Val Vista and Baseline store. With his permission i have included his contact information below. After the last experience i had in store with Verizon i had vowed never to return, however after dealing with Anten i have completely changed my position. I find it troubling when the employees at this store contradict what Verizon 611 told me regarding a Samsung Galaxy S4 Smartphone and warranty. It shows me the techs at this location really do not care about customers, and only want to sell the product by any means possible. Verizon 611 was able to troubleshoot the telephone remotely. I contacted them after I walked out the store after speaking to a rep. I am now getting a second warranty telephone in 2 weeks, which questions their whole stock of warranty phones at Verizon, The first Warranty phone lasted only one day. Would have been better to keep my original telephone and lived with the speakerphone failure. Furthermore, I find it troubling that they do not listen to my request about a possible request, and they further went and tried to «upsize» me on the plan and telephone. I denied. This whole thing about smartphones hardware and software is troubling. If it were not for my contract, I would have dumped Verizon in a heartbeat, and I did tell this to Verizon 611. Overall, I really question Verizon in regard to Quality and Warranty. 1) Original telephone lasted 1 year before having issues 2) First Warranty telephone lasted 1 day before having issues 3) Second Warranty telephone… to be determined. I am expecting its arrival at my doorstep. Common Quality Assurance and Statistical Analysis regarding failures would question the whole stock of Warranty phones they have. The Verizon 611 Technicians(two of them), that I called from the parking lot after walking out the store were better trained, but did not understand the idea of failure and statistics. Rest assured, I will be writing a nice letter to Verizon’s Quality Assurance, if they even have a functional role like that, describing this, and what the concern is. Think really hard and long before dealing with anything that says Verizon.

Absolute worst service over phone. Called once, Guy said«hello», I said«Hello» back. He immediately hung up. Called back, he just said hello again, same voice, acted put out talking to me, barely answered my questions and then hung up. Trying another store instead. Why does Verizon allow people to stay employed like this. Plenty of nice people want jobs.
