Vista Grove Apartments

If you want peace and Quiet, This is NOT the place to be, 1 year of ²⁴⁄₇ noise! Way too many kids! I think they take anyone who has 4 kids or more! Plus 4 dogs! It’s Horrible!

Awful! Me and my wife as poor newlyweds rented from Vista Groves apartments in Mesa, the buildings were good and the price was decent for the space. We loved the location, close to the freeway and Dana Park. The staff on hand was nice too. But anything that came from the office was garbage!
We left the apartment two months early because we got into a house. We paid the rent for each month which we were ok with, but then on top of the utilities that weren’t being used, we were charged all transfer fees companies gave to the apartmensts, the complex then passed those fees on to us. Thats something I expect the apartment to pay. They continued charging us for things all the way through the two months we werent there. We gave them the keys yesterday, excited that the fees would stop. We were just charged again today for utilities from last month, we went in to raise the temp in the apartment so we’d pay less but somehow we used more that month and they charged us more than normal. We weren’t even in it!
This company loves to charge you for every little thing. I would never work with anyone associated with this company again. They steal from you because you’re under contract and theres nothing you can do about it. Each month they slowly charged us more and more for rent hoping we didnt notice. Well we did.
Save yourself money and trouble, don’t use this company!
