BOOM! This is my heaven right here! From the Rampage World Tour stand-​up arcade game to the cinny-​bread, this is my regular Saturday night thang. Chef Thomas is one of the finest examples of reform our criminal justice system has ever produced! Ask to speak with him about how he turned his life over to christ after the shower brawl that claimed the lives of seven of his closet compadres. They do specialty pizzas too!!! To put their dedication to the test, I purchased a handful of sticky hands from the crank machine up front and had them bake THEM onto a pizza! And THEY DID! I force-​fed these to someone’s cousin who had shown up for a birthday party for some kid I didn’t know. Highest rating!

I’m currently sitting in this cicis location trying to have lunch. When I went to get my drink, there was a cock roach on the fountain drink machine. We informed the manager and another worker that was near the machine and they just laughed it off. Disgusting. They did nothing about it and people continue to go get their drinks from this machine. I’m disgusted and I’ll never be back to this location. I’ll be going to the one on Davis in mesquite instead.

I hate to give a one star review, but this particular visit was especially terrible. The pizza variety was extremely limited. The pizza that was there was cold and had been there for quite a while. And to make matters worse, roaches. A few roaches decided to join us for dinner. I really expected more.

I come here two or three times a month. The food they. Serve is pretty good, bit I wish they would offer a greater variety of specialty pizzas rather than the boring stuff they usually serve. I have to make a special order to be brought out to the table.
The price you pay is over $ 7 for an adult buffet with a drink. I get an adult buffet with water and use the $ 1 off coupon located on the back of the receipt (note: my receipt from a prior visit). The price for me comes out to a little less than $ 5, which is great for all you can eat.
Their pizza tastes pretty good, especially their special pizzas like macaroni and cheese, BBQ, and anything deep-​dish. Deserts are mediocre at best. They never (and I do mean never) put enough frosting on the cinnamon rolls. The brownies are always chewy and mushy like they weren’t cooked well enough (they taste good though). The apple desert pizza should have more frosting on it, but other than that, no complaints. The Bavarian desert pizza is probably the best they have despite the fact that the topping needs to be thicker.
The restaurant is usually not clean enough. Tables have small crumbs on them all the time, chairs are the same, except they have an added layer of greasy stuff, and floors are sometimes sticky. The buffet is usually spotless. The drink station is often not clean enough. The men’s bathroom is usually fine apparat from the used paper towels lying around.
Their entire staff is made up of Hispanics, which I find to be rather biased on the manager’s part (note: the manager is Hispanic too). Being that I’m a white guy, I’ve noticed that I’m looked at slightly differently when I come here. I don’t really care though, but if that bothers you, maybe you should go to another CiCi’s location.
Overall, I give the place a good rating because I can eat as much as I want for a fair price.

Pleasant surprise! Our family of 5 went here for lunch today & the staff is nice, the place was clean, and there were all kinda of pizza out along with salad, spaghetti, desserts… Slurpees for kids, plenty of game machines… we’ll definitely go again!

Cicis are all about the same. But the service here was the best I’ve ever experienced. from refilling our drinks for us, and bringing us speciality slices, we felt spoiled. We don’t indulge often, but if we do, we’ll come back to this location. Well done guys.

We picked up pizzas here to take home. They are about a mile from our house so that gives them 5 stars. They have a new 50 cent charge for any order over $ 9.00. They call it a service charge. I think it is stupid to do this rather than adding like 10 – 25 cents to a set price. I find it to be a turn off that should take away about 10 stars (yes, I find it incredibly stupid!)
I go back up to 4 stars for service itself, but 2 ½ stars for flavor. This night’s pizza seemed heavy and kind of doughy. I normally like the pizza at this location. It was better reheated the next day, so I believe it was just taken out too early.
This used to be a fabulous Cici’s, but has lost its appeal in recent years with several management changes.

Took my sister in law, her boyfriend & daughter to CiCi’s to get something everyone would like without too much of a cost.
Everyone had a great time filling up on constant portions of pizza.
Staff was scattered so they didn’t do a great job on clearing tables since they were too busy with customers & cooking.

i had fond childhood memories of this place. they have a large selection of pizza’s, pasta & salads & even dessert! i think my favorite was the cinnamon apple custard pizza (sounds odd but really delicious!) how can you go wrong for $ 2.99 for all you can eat?! i believe its around $ 5 now tho. plenty of parking and friendly service!
