Your vehicle will get towed at your own expense even if you have the parking sticker in the windshield. You will lose all of your deposit money but during your walk thru you will be told everything looks fine and that your deposit will be given back to you within 30 days but they will keep your deposit and make something up as to why you didn’t get it back… I am very disappointed with our experience. Our water bill was the same amount every month $$$ 78 that’s is absolutely outrageous for an apartment. The water bill goes to the apartments and they pay the bill at the end of the month. I know for sure we never used that much water. I was lied to and I’m not happy at all. People were caught having sex in the pool multiple times and glass bottles were thrown into the pool which caused them to have to shut it down in the middle of the summer for a week in order to drain and clean. 9 apartment break ins within 1 month. Our vehicle was broken into and things were stolen off of our balcony… GHETTO IS ALL I CAN SAY ABOUT THIS PLACE GHETTO AND LIES LIES LIES

Don’t expect any emails to be answered by your leasing office. And don’t expect any visitor parking. The pool is ridiculous in the summer– busy until 3 – 4 in the morning and always littered with beer cans

I lived there a year and it was a horrible experience. The walls are paper thin and due to this I had sleep deprivation for the entire year. Any movement above you vibrates the building and you can hear every conversation around you. I was put on the 2^nd floor and had the police called on me for walking around normally after 11pm three times from complaining neighbors.
There were two shootings while I stayed there and the gate does not work 80% of the time. Trash is left for months laying around and I found myself cleaning the area around my building. Lots of dog poop everywhere and the lowlifes who stay there don’t bother to even pick it up even when 2 ft away from a doggie poo disposal area that provides bags.
I was also charged 600 dollars to replace the carpet when it was flawlessly new when I left it. I left a new address just in case I did owe any money and they just reported it straight to renters credit collectors without contacting me or sending a bill. They said its due to smoke and I have never smoked in my life. Now the $ 600 is on my renters credit and I’m having to take the new owner to small claims court.
Prepare for zero parking past 4pm. You are forced to buy a 50 – 100 a month parking spot and that still doesn’t mean you will be close to your apartment. All the parking looks like it was spaced for compact cars and the garages will not fit a full size SUV or truck. They also instantly tow guests and renters instantly if parked in an in designated spot without a sticker. My renters car was towed from my own spot as well as my good friends car costing us over 350 that was not refunded.
There are apartments in the area that offer the same space and amenities for hundreds less. It was definitely a very bad experience. I chose just by looking at the outside without any real internet research. I hope this helps those smart enough to search this place.
