Heather Creek Apartments

Have only been here a few times visiting my boy. But from what I have seen its a clean, gated community. The unit I saw has a nice open floor plan with a neutral color palate.

I have lived here for two years without a hitch and sad to say that I am moving into a house but the staff in the front office gave been very attentive and helpful. I chose these apartments because they are just as nice as other complexes but not as expensive. They are hidden in old mesquite behind a city bldg and next to some plain brown apartments which aren’t so nice. I never see any shady people around (not even at night). The complex is very quiet and there are a few families but I rarely see small children or anyone for that matter. Keep in mind that I live in a bldg right near the front gate so I can’t say this is how it is all over but since the only trash dropoff is in the back and we have gone often, I did not see much of anything. I am knocking off a star only because sometimes the staff won’t help with small things. There was mildew on the vents which they refused to treat so we had to find a ladder and spray all the vents with bleach and there are silver fish that eat holes in my clothing and they were there from the beginning. Some of the fixtures are old and need to be replaced but overall I keep my place spotless and when we have guests we do get many compliments on our space and the layout.
