I tried wingstop for the first time. Not a fan at all. The fries were soggy and I asked for Cajun seasoning on them. I got the seasoning but like to the max. So much so that I couldn’t eat them my tongue was on fire. It was hard to taste my wings. The wings them self weren’t great either. They were dry and hard. U had to drench them in sauce. Even the roll was dry. How do you mess up a roll? Not to mention it’s 12 dollars for dry wings and soggy fries. The only reason I won’t do one star is because the tea is good.

God awful place with bad management. I would say go to Buffalo Wild Wings and I don’t even like that place. But after dealing with JAKE who states he the manager and their is no one above him with a godlike sense at a corner crap hole of a establishment. Always liked the place and the food but eating soggy undercooked fries and overcook wings tonight, I will think twice before returning and don’t tell JAKE that because he highly doubts that since he oversees every order that go out the door. What a joke but that is his kingdom and he shall run it his way. The good thing is as the customer you can go wherever you like and maybe when they keep losing there regular customer to different WINGSTOP location or other wing restaurant he will change his tune or find a different field to work in. Long time customer who will never step into that location again. I’ll drive to Garland or Creek Crossing, worth the extra few miles of drive time. Sad that one star is the lowest you can give them.

Don’t get me wrong I think the wings here are 100 times better than Buffalo Wild Wings right across the street. The service here though is god awful. I had a friend work here and quit because of the staff being so stupid. I wouldn’t come here unless you wanted to wait 40 minutes at a minimum to get your wings. The staff here is a joke.

I love the fry seasoning here. Shame those wings are a bit small, but still tasty nonetheless. The wait time is always 20 mins+ so it’s best to order ahead of time.

Usually I’m satisfied with my meal. Not sure if it was cuz there were so many people they tried rushing the cooking process. Today the wings were a little under cooked. Not the normal crispy skin & tender meaty wings I’m used to. SMH

This Wingstop is located in a terribly busy area of Mesquite. When there is traffic, it can take 10 minutes just to get in and out of the parking lot. My guess is that location hurts sales here. What also hurts sales is the ridiculously salty fries. What a heart attack on a piece of fried potato. Every time I order from this place I forget to tell them no salt, and every time I suffer the consequences. The wings are good — but they are not worth the price. If I am being honest, this place gets the closest to authentic Buffalo wings in the DFW area. I would know: I am from Buffalo and have frequented several wing establishments. The problem with this place and the rest of the DFW area wing shops is that they cook the wings and then let get soggy by marinating them in far too much sauce. They could easily fix this in one of two ways: stop putting so much darn sauce on their wings so that they end up tasting like greasy rubber, or they can grill them for a moment or two after applying the sauce. Buffalo has perfected both, but especially the latter. I am still looking for a place that offers this kind of wing around here. It is a million dollar idea for any taker. Anyway, I like the dry rub wings best here because they are crispy on the outside but tender on the inside, like a wing should be. I tend to stay away from any sauced wings because, as I said, I feel like I am eating a piece of wing that’s skin is melting off as I eat it. Not a pleasant experience. Finally, the price is too high for the quality of the food. Wings are good, but they are not nearly $ 1 a piece good. Honestly, I am not sure how companies that charge this much for a tiny wing stay in business.

Just having that guy feeling for wings and not feeling not waiting half an hour on those lights on Town East pulled into Wingstop. Small dining area and walking in the smell of cooked wings was a good sign. Ordered wings, fries and slaw the wings with mild & garlic parmesan. Getting my order not being able to wait since the smell of the wings were tapping me on the shoulder saying«what are you waiting for» looking down into this box«are you serious» came out with a bit of a laugh like someone was playing a joke on me. These wings have must have came from a quail because they were tiny. being so small i couldn’t get the taste of the mild garlic parm on the other hand had more of a parmesan taste to it more than garlic or even a balance of flavor. Now aren’t fries just have that natural or at times over salty taste to them yeah maybe but not here they had a sugar taste to them and they aren’t sweet potato fries! The skin is still on the fries which make them nice to eat if it wasn’t for the sugar. Slaw was pretty good to wet at all. Wanting at least something had to make a return this time around getting the chicken strips these might be a better choice. Not wanting to be disappointed with my choice ate a few might at the front counter. Now this is something i would at least swing by again for a side dish for a UFC party. Not great but good enough make the spuds happy
