Come here every other day and it never disappoints me. Keyse is the sweetest waitress you can ever have. So polite! Always a pleasure. Keep it up guys.

I just came from IHOP maybe 10 mins. ago. My server I didn’t get her name but you will know who she was, she was a doll very pleasant to me. Sometimes when you go out to eat as a single, and being a women servers don’t like waiting on you. My food was awesome but she really made my day. MERRY CHRISTMAS !

The new I HOP on Veterans terrible service, food was cold coffee cups were dirty so waitress gives us styrofoam cups??? Waitress seemed confused not friendly her mind was somewhere else, the waitress didn’t apologize or ask if all was ok she was not concerned about us at all. It was a terrible and disappointing experience. Had long wait for our food. I WILL NOT GO BACK and this IHOP is closer to me.
I HOP on service road is GREAT good food it’s hot, good service with a smile I have never had a problem with this IHOP will always go back it is just too busy sometimes.
I HOP is my favorite place for breakfast.
But don’t go to the new IHOP on Veterans unless you want a long wait, dirty cups, and cold food.

Went for breakfast with hubby. Food was satisfying, as usual. Had the pancakes and the chicken fried steak. Our server, Aliona, was great! However, when we went to the cashier to pay, there was this fat guy in a blue shirt (manager?) who wordlessly took our bill and cash in a huff, walked away, commandeered Aliona to take the check and settle it for us while we were waiting by the cash register up front.
Enjoyed the food, the restaurant atmosphere, our server. But fat guy in blue shirt left a bad taste in my mouth upon our leaving. Too bad, it would’ve been a perfect breakfast outing.

The service is particularly good at this IHOP. Always first-​rate. Very fun family environments and all that there’s a lot of options this is one of our favorite places

Yes, I go here every week. Only this location, though. The main reason is that the service is great! My 3-​year old love this place and most importantly, I am not sure why, I love their coffee. I am telling you. I am a picky coffee drinker and for whatever reason, their coffee is good. Again, only this location. I have been to other IHOP in difference places throughout the country and this is the best. Their food is fresh and the place is CLEAN!

Like every other ihop… pancakes are always fluffy and amazing. Had the fajita omellet with all the dressing on the side and pancakes has my choice of starch. It was amazing. my waitress Tamara seems a bit shy but she did come back two to three times to make sure everything was okay. Food came out on time all orders we’re correct. Everything was great no complains my waitress really made sure everything was okay… thank you Tamara

I’m not a big IHOP fan, however, we did stop in and eat to get the 2 for $ 10. You can’t beat two omelets (certain ones) with two sides for $ 10.
Service was good as he kept our drinks filled and met all our needs (and then some so my man said — from the way the server kept looking at me and making sure my needs were met, LOL)
Atmosphere was nice, thank goodness it wasn’t crowded.
All in all, it was a nice experience.

This place has really improved. It may be the new owners, but either way it is now one of my favorite IHOPS In the area. Very friendly staff!

There was a rodent running across the floor as we ate. I am sure other places have this However seeing it just made it worse … Sorry IHOP

Great Food & Service !! I had the pancakes and Bacon. My wife had the BLT which was prepared with lots of bacon. Very clean location in a good area. All the staff are very friendly. Wait time for food was very short !!

Went there ordered the Belgium waffle it was great the eggs were cooked perfectly our regular server Kate was awesome this location is tons better than there Kenner location, plenty of off street parking great all around food and service. Ask for Kate if you go you won, t be disappointed.

Super friendly staff open 24 hours great prices on you stack of pancakes .The menu is pretty good I love a place we’re you can get breakfast all day and all night .The bathrooms are clean and this ihop was very organized order your food coffee came hot fresh food arrived few minutes later.

The quality and taste of food and beverages are alot better at this location than the IHOP we normally visit (westbank). Clean restrooms are a plus.

Stopped in for a late night breakfast with my father and IHOP is the stop of last resort for me. I really don’t care for the pancakes and prefer the ones at Cracker Barrel because they taste more like homemade. The breakfast itself is ok but a bit over priced. The service here is abysmal as the manager had to come and take our order after waiting for 20 minutes.

Might just be me but everytime I come here and walk in the door and down the little hallway to the register area I smell a stinky drain type smell. I think they need to chase all their drains with bleach and boiling water. That being said the smell doesn’t permeate to the dining area.
Our waiter (sorry bad with names!) was super nice and very attentive. He even refilled the kids lemonaides which most servers just forget. I’m giving an extra star just for him.
I got the waffle with sausage and bacon instead of eggs. MMMMMM!
The kids got funny face pancakes. My issue with the funny faces is that they are HUGE. The kids eat maybe half of them before they’re full. I wish they had a smaller pancake with a face on it.

This particular IHOP has a foul smell that smacks you in the face as soon as you enter the door. Its almost like a raw sewage odor. I have been to this location a few times and the smell has been there each time. I assumed between visits that whatever was the cause of the stench was would be fixed. I was mistaken. Last Sunday, 07/​20/​2014 was my last time. I mentioned it to the hostess and she acted like I was the only person that could smell it. I find that hard to believe and I am amazed that people can eat there with the odor of sewage around them.
The Service is good, the food is ok, place is clean. the odor makes me ill.
I will not ever go back.

This IHOP was recently expanded so they have much more space and the line is almost non-​existent on the weekends. We went there on Saturday morning. I was skeptical but the kids wanted pancakes. The pancakes were delicious, the service was fast and attentive. I got chocolate chip pancake and it was very good. Next time I am getting buttermilk pancakes for sure, I tasted some from my son’s plate and they were wonderful.

How can IHOP have 4 stars?
IHOP everywhere is terrible. That’s 1 star.
It’s open 24 hours, so I’ll give it 2 stars for being consistently terrible ²⁴⁄₇.

Delicious range of breakfast foods from pancakes (with many different varieties), sausages, bacon, eggs, etc with a side variety of not so breakfast menu items like steak. Super friendly staff assist your choices if you’re overwhelmed by the plethora of choices.
Get the jam donut pancake with a side of bacon, hashbrown and eggs. Absolutely amazing!
