NTB – Tire & Service Center

Been here multiple times and have had a great experience every time always ready at my appointment time and the service was performed as anticipated. Will always go here for my car care needs!

Made an appointment for this place and drove all the way out there for my appointment to have been moved and many cars before me without any notice. It is frustrating to change your whole schedule and plan things around an appointment that is not guaranteed.

Don’t bother to make an appointment here because it means nothing. I made an appointment days in advance and was told over the phone they only had 3 of the 4 tires I needed in stock at the shop but could get the 4^th one from another shop nearby. I specifically asked that it be at the shop ahead of time so I didn’t have to wait an extra hour for someone to retrieve it. When I got there I was told the 4^th tire wasn’t there. Great. The cashier was so scatterbrained and the only one available. Stopping to answer phones, talking to five people at once, forgetting to check people out while they were done and waiting… you name it. What should have taken 2 hours took 4.5 hours. I will not return to this location.

This plce is horrible. You will wait in line for an hour to get shit service. And then when u pick up your car there will be grease all over your seats and upholstery. Not to mention they dog your car out. radio cranked all the way up with the a/​c blasting. Last time I’ll use this garbage place.

Pretty awful to start out with. Began by going online and picking out the services that I needed (oil change and realignment) but the website refused to work after I put in my second service and was never able to schedule an appointment or pay online. I tried to call and schedule and appointment but they just told me to come in and wait. I came in at 6pm on Wednesday and told me that my car wouldn’t be ready until 8pm or after (they close at 8pm). Then I went back on Thursday night at 6pm again (prepared to wait the 2hours) and had to wait 20mins before I was even greeted. There were many customers sitting down but no one that actually worked here for a good while. After I was acknowledged. Then I was told that they probably won’t even have time to service me tonight! Alright.

Only one person here!!! And there’s 8 other people waiting. Plus she stops to answer the phone but doesn’t acknowledge the 4 – 5 people walking in for service. This has to be the worse.

I started my experience with NTB a week prior to my service today, by going online, selecting which tires I wanted, and making a early morning reservation. Well that was the only good part about the service from this establishment. Because when I went in to get my car serviced I was told that two of the tires I thought I reserved, were not in stock. I was also informed that if I wanted to get tires from them, not to use the online booking service, come into the store to ensure items were in stock. Now this is the part that made me write a review. Instead of just ordering the other two tires and rescheduling my appointment. The clerk tried to up sell me tires that were 210 dollars more than the original set. When I let the clerk know that I was not prepared to spend that kind of money, he begins to tell me that you need to get these tires, because if something happens you are not covered and will be stuck with having to buy another tire. This may sound crazy, but I’ll take my chances and go somewhere else with better service. So much for getting my other two cars serviced there. The only reason I gave this place two stars is, because there was a mechanic there with an epic beard and beards are the new six pack.
