Got an incredible cut here from Ginny! She has an amazing eye and style and I let her give my hair a makeover. She gave me a cut that was suited to my style and face and was sure to perfect the details, like adding texture and body. Then she explained how to style it. I highly recommend her!

I moved to the area recently and I was in desperate need of a new hairstylist, so of course I turned to Unilocal which led me here. It’s not huge, and they Definitely get busy so book ahead but the folks that work here know their stuff. They are on top of the latest products, they know how to act professionally, and they do great work. I’ve been going back every 6 – 8 weeks for a trim and color and everytime I Walk out of there feeling great. People also often compliment me on the color and cut, and I give this salon full credit.
Their prices are normal considering the area, there’s easy parking and is definitely walking distance from the Metuchen train station.
Overall pretty passive experience here. I’ve only ever had Gloriana work on me, but everyone else here for cut or color walks out looking great if that’s helpful!

Another great cut from Gloria! She’s the only one i trust with my very thick hair. My daughter’s hair is super thin and she makes that look gorgeous too. Highly recommend. City quality haircut total hidden gem.

Went there this this past tuesday and since then have been recommending them to everyone that has asked where I got my awesome cut from. I had a woman named Glorya and she is by far my favorite person to get a great and fabulous haircut! She is so knowlegable with hair and has a great number of years with hair expereience. Loved the way my hair turned out and gave me exactly what I wanted :-). By the next day told a co worker to go in and get her hair done w coloring and she was estactic. Going there soon to get my hair colored. Clean and tidy too
