Was in Miami Beach for a weekend and was told by my son that I have to get a haircut from Jose because it would be the best haircut I ever got. Well, I thought there might be some hyperbole there, but I figured I would try it. What did I have to lose. And. .. I got the best haircut that I ever had. Jose is a consummate pro, and a great and likable guy as well. But his attention to detail is astounding and his feel for what works is absolutely unique. Now I have been doing nothing but thinking how can I come up with good excuses to head back to Miami Beach so that I can get more haircuts from Jose.

Far from the best cut I’ve had. What kind of barber doesn’t use scissors? If I wanted a buzz cut I would have gone to Top Cuts or some other horrible chain. The barber smelt of marijuana and barely spoke English. He butchered the back of my neck with a straight razor and it still burns. At the very least I’m less hot walking around with this shorter than expected cut and the prices weren’t outrageous! I would not go back and I would not recommend anyone go here.

This place is amazing And I recommend it to everyone and anyone looking for a great cut, outstanding customer service, and flexible appointment setups. From what I see, all the barbers here are great with the clients and if you’re looking for the best hot towel shave this is the place to come! In addition, they have a salon for the ladies which is a nice touch. My favorite Barber to go to is Lazaro. He Always leaves my cuts impeccably done, and always recommends the best hair styles!

Great place on South Beach to get a haircut and shave for a reasonable price. Ask for Jose he knows what he’s doing he’s very friendly and pays close attention to detail.

Told me it was okay to park in their shopping center then admitted under further questioning that they really mean they have no claim to the use of any of those spaces. The place is on the second floor above the laundromat. They had three barbers there and didn’t seem too busy.
After that show of dishonesty I am not going back there.

Benn going here for years and always get a great haircut. The other options on Miami Beach for mens haircuts are grim and not good at fading hair. I recommend Lester if you need a referral.

Terrific haircut, outstanding value for money, hidden gem in South Beach.
Was a bit worried because only a few Unilocal reviews and barber shop is off the beaten path (tucked away in second floor of little strip mall). Misplaced anxiety. This place is terrific.
No wait. Barber clearly a pro – careful and thorough haircut just as I requested with scissors. Tapered back, trimmed eyebrows, and shaved around neck with lather and razor. Old school touches from a master of his craft.
And the best part? Charged $ 20. My regular barber on Cape Cod charges $ 22 and I’ve always considered her a bargain. This was a steal. Even with hefty tip got change from $ 30.

Shocked that this place doesn’t have more reviews!
When I went in, the place had a busy atmosphere. Lots of people were getting their hair cut but I got service right away without having to wait.
This place is clean, air conditioned, quiet (without being too quiet), and just a pleasant environment.
The guy took his time to make sure he did a good job on my hair, while other places would quickly do it. I appreciate that.
I think the total was around $ 20.
