Friendly staff and good location, but the rigatoni alla Norma was not good — pasta was not cooked enough(and I like it on the crunchy side), was salty and only had abt 2 pieces of eggplant; the mille folgli seemed a bit stale, and the café latte was more bland than the café con leche at the Charlotte bakery a few feet away. My husband thought his lasagne was average.

Food was hot and tasty. We got a 10 dollar special which featured a glass of wine and some pasta. Before we got our meal our server brought us hot bread that was delicious. I read a review that recommended trying the cannolis and they were amazing. The décor is the only reason I’m not leaving a 5 star rating.

We went there on early morning to get a coffee as they were the only one opened close to Espanola Way. This area really looks like zombie land before 9am. The welcoming was very cold and the waitress was upset that we asked for a receipt for 2 coffees(to be reimbursed by our company). By the way our coffees(expressos) were really small… She felt she could screw us and told us: «OK2 coffees $ 3.00 + Tip + Tax it will be $ 5!» Great sense of the customer service, it seems that this place does not even deserve to stay in business.

Delicious pastries, great little place with homey atmosphere, run by true Italians. Ah and cappuccino is to die for. Can’t wait to go back on my next Miami vacay!

Stopped by for lunch while I was visiting in Miami. needed something fast because we were leaving but still needed it to be yummy. My friend and I split the Cesar salad and pasta(just regular with meat sauce) it was good and very well priced! We also took home a cannoli and it was the BEST part. stop by even if its just to pick on of these up

I’m constantly on the lookout for 1) adorably quaint spots 2) places to enjoy a lovely meal outside 3) freshly made pastries baked on-premise and 4) cannolis looking as edible as puppies behind a window. Thankfully, Ciao Bella’s no stranger to my everyday longings and hits all these points dead on. It’s a known fact that South Beach pays homage to Italian cuisine and culture on a fairly regular basis. Whether it’s a restaurant on Espanola Way or fancy discoteque, you’re likely to find a dashing and charming gentleman from the boot-country. With the vast selection of Italian eateries around, I say without pause that Ciao Bella is authentically and untouristy good. If you’re after a morning treat, stroll over for some of their fresh pastries. My donut tasted like it’d come out of the kitchen just for my arrival. The cannolis looked like cream-filled angel kisses — assuming those look like edible divinity. There’s even a fairly priced lunch menu chock full of Italian musts. Another good sign, everyone who works there is from the motherland. I’ll certainly come back around for another taste of green, white and red.

Holy cannoli that was good. I can only speak on behalf of the cannoli… it was delicious. Get it. Very authentic and perfectly sweet without being overwhelming in sugar. Well worth $ 3.50
