I just happened to walk into this dunkin donuts on National Donut Day! What a perfect time to come since they are giving free donuts with a drink purchase! So excited right now!

To be honest, this Dunkin Donut is always my go to spot to pee before I head back up to Broward. I know TMI, but it’s telling because that means the bathrooms are clean and if the bathrooms are clean then hopefully everything is clean too. The staff is always nice to. I get my iced tea and off I go. They have a few tables in there if you’d like to sip your office and people watch and boy this is the perfect spot for that. In terms of quality it’s the same as all Dunkin’s. If you love DD you’ll love this place.

I am reviewing this Dunkin Donuts based on my experiences there in the evening. I am a local and come in here quite often(usually at night). The women who work in this store are so incredibly unfriendly, it is not believable until you experience it yourself. From the moment you walk in, you see miserable faces and when you approach the counter, the attitude is so bad sometimes, you just want to walk out. Well, tonight was my last night at this store — I will not be coming back. The owners need to either start paying their employees more or try a lot harder to find friendlier employees, at the very least. I have waited on short lines in this location and time after time, witness the attitude being given to every single customer. The reason I am leaving 2 stars and not one is because there is one man that works there once in a while and he is extremely friendly, makes conversation with all the customers, and doesn’t make you feel bad to order a coffee or donut.

I am a fan of DD. The one on the corner of 16th& Alton just got renovated. Looks great. They even have phone charger outlets. However the seating and design is not the most«efficient». I liked the older version better even though it looked really dirty and old. But it felt more like home. If you want fresh croissants, bagels or donuts, I’d recommend going before noon. And no matter what, if you crave donuts on the evening, don’t waste your time. The donuts will be dry and have no taste. I tried it a few times(I like to give things another chance), it’s simply not fresh after a certain time. But I’m still a fan of the coffee and the staff. ALWAYSNICEANDWELCOMING. And this is pretty much the reason why I’m giving it a 4. It still feels like home.

Popped into for a quick snack around Thursday early morning at 1AM with 2 friends and we had a sandwiches, doughnuts and juices. The place was clean and service was good. They had 2 people working which is good.

The food is all right. It’s the SERVICE — specifically, an ugly, looks-like-her-nose-was-smashed-in-by-a-frying-pan BITCH of a counter person named MADELEINE — that pisses me off about this Alton Rd. store! Bitch got smarmy, not just at us but at another customer, too. No smile, just bitter bile out of this bitch’s mouth. First thought that came to mind when we encountered her was the Soup Nazi from the Seinfeld series. YEAH… that bad! I can’t believe Dunkin would let someone so off-putting misrepresent their brand like this, with such ATTITUDE and DISRESPECT for customers. Oh, and she works the graveyard shift. Her attitude, however, would be better suited for working IN a graveyard! Bitch obviously doesn’t care about customer service and it shows from the empty tip jar. The nameplate on her uniform was unattached on one end and was hanging diagonally off — on BOTH visits we made.(Apparently, Dunkin doesn’t conduct uniform inspections of their employees at the start of their shifts. Hmmm.) She should be fired already, if anyone from Dunkin is reading this. Oh, and this review is based on TWO visits to that store, and TWO encounters with Bitch Madeleine, BOTH times of which she was sour and smarmy. SAVEYOURREPUTATION, DUNKIN. FIRETHATCRABBYBITCHNOW!

Went to get late-night doughnuts and hot chocolate(at 9:00PM). Simple, right? Place was completely empty, but it took a good ten minutes till someone approached the counter. Our cashier was extremely rude and got pissed that I changed my mind on a donut. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ ALL six donuts were rock hard and stale. Both hot chocolates were half-full & luke warm. Service was god awful. Definitely do not recommend.

I love the fresh smell of coffee and donuts. Usually before I go to work I stop by here to get some Boston cream donuts and chocolate sprinkled donuts. I love the coffee and the donuts. The staff is friendly and a bit confusing and dumb. The place is perfect including the food and atmosphere. After this review I’m going to Dunk’n Donuts!

It’s very packed there in the morning, but I love their coffee and their bavarian cream donuts! Workers are a little slow in there and it could get cleaned more often. But other then that it’s ok in there

RATCHET city. For you folks that don’t know what ratchet means. Picture Raspucia from Norbit. Big overweight black girls with garbage attitudes in shirts that look like they haven’t been washed this week. Addressed me as «Dawg» when they didn’t have an item I typically order. As I sit here writing this, I hear them talking loud and clear about their alimony checks and threatening to lock their baby’s daddy down with another child. «Nah not derek, rashad the other dude I fck with» TRASH! Steer clear.

I came in at a slow time on Sunday. It was happy hour so any size was $ 2.13. I got a large mocha coolatta and a glazed donut. Both were delicious and I got them very fast. I expected the donut to be kind of old because it was mid after noon but it was fairly fresh, although there weren’t many donut options. It’s a smaller but average dunkin donuts.

Mediocre, the donuts always taste old to me. Their iced coffee has way too much sugar and cream in it. Always ask for it black and add it yourself. The coffee it’s self is okay for dunken donuts. The quality of all dunken donuts has gone done considerably over the years. But it’s okay, I still come from time to time. I tried the Oreo vanilla coolata today. I feel like this should really be made with milk instead of ice and water. It tastes like someone dumped in Oreos into an icee. It has a weird texture. Don’t ever try that.

It’s a below average dunkin doughnuts. Nothing frightening, just a slow, disorganized customer experience. Fine in a pinch, but to be avoided.

This was the worst experience ever. I walked in about 12:30 am on 6⁄27. There was no one in line. A girl was behind the counter stocking bagels. I stood at the counter waiting to be acknowledged… but alas it is Miami! After about 15 seconds I said«you don’t look to happy to be here tonight.» It was meant as a polite way to chastise this person while getting her attention. I believe her name was Madelline. She was actually bothered that I was there. I ordered my four donuts and I was getting my change SHE had the gall to say to me(not«Thank you» of course) but«you know you shouldn’t make comments if you don’t know what is going on!» I told her that I wasn’t concerned about what was going on-I said what I said to her in reply«It was meant as a polite voicing my disapproval of being ignored and receiving horrible service – with a tad of humor. never going back

It’s a donut shop people, not the coffee shop from Friends. Yes it’s small so it is kind of crowded, but the donuts are fresh and tasty. It seemed fairly clean to me as well.

just look the old review from here, I have to update the currently situation. This small store only 2 or 3 staffs on duty for the rush hour., honestly they doing good job. looks like the Tim Horton in Canada. If you generous to them everything would not be so terrible. It is store without you to give tips, be fair ! ! ! ! !

Slow service with the donuts definitely being short of OK. Safest donut spot ever though with all the cops coming in and out. Cop stereotype? Me thinks not.

This Dunkin Donuts is horrible — bad service, dirty location, and they don’t even offer the full menu. When I get a craving for ice cream, there is only one thing that will satiate my appetite — the Baskin Robbins Peanut Butter Chocolate Sundae. It is heaven and a heart attack wrapped up in one ultra-sweet package. Something like 1,300 calories or something, therefore when I finally break down to eat one after months of holding myself back, I need it RIGHTTHEN. I know that the location on US1 next to Publix in the Design District never has it for some reason, so I Unilocaled this location and drove across the causeway at 10.00PM on a Saturday. Upon arriving, I had to circle the block four times to find a spot. When I found one, I paid parking(in quarters — no credit cards on those meters) and walked inside. The floors were black with filth, but I knew this was my last option instead of driving to Kendall(which ALWAYS has it, by the way). The girl behind the counter took an eternity doing something with her phone and then rearranging some things before greeting me. When I asked her for my sundae, she said they were out of everything except scooped ice cream. But she said it with such attitude, that I knew she was just lazy and only wanted to scoop something in a cup and send me on my way. I asked her if she knew any other location that might have it in the area, and she just retorted that they always have it and to just find another Dunkin Donuts. I know it may not sound like a big deal, but her attitude really pissed me off. Therefore I have now boycotted all Dunkin Donuts. This is the second location that apparantly only wants to serve a portion of their menu, so I will just need to start liking another brand.

So… if I could I would give them 3 stars during the week and 1 star on the weekend. If I stop in before work on weekdays they are usually pretty efficient and don’t screw up my order. When I stop in on the weekends for a pick– me up the staff is usually rude and incompetent. I can’t tell you how many times my coffee has been wrong(no sugar, hot instead of iced, wrong size etc) BUT, it’s usually not worth the hassle of trying to get it fixed… plus on the weekends you wait FOREVER. I think they take downers before they go to work on the weekends, I think that’s the only way you can move that slow. I haven’t had any issues with my weekday visits though(right stuff & pretty quick). I like to stop in here instead of Starbucks because the coffee is decent and it’s much nicer to my bank… So if you want a cheap coffee and bagel or donut stop in here during the week… AVOID at all cost on weekends, especially if the people with hang overs have started to roll in!
