I have visited the doctors office. The doctor is ok but the rest is horrible. The office didn’t seem to me a like doctors office, I was expecting to see a better managed/​updated office. The staff didn’t seem to care. I cant believe I am still trying to reach out to them with no luck after 10 days to learn my check up results They said within the next 2 days and it has been 10 days. The doctor and office should be available to reach and they should contact you without you trying to call.

I decided to visit Dr. Gershman based on a recommendation from a friend. The office is in an older building in Miami Beach. The office is very bright and tastefully appointed. The practice uses the tablets throughout so they are very technology forward. Dr. Gershman was very professional and asked all the appropriate questions. Her staff was equally friendly and accommodating.
This was my first visit. I will revise my review if necessary based on the follow up visit next week. However, I waited nearly an hour to be seen — hope this is not a trend.
