I went there last night for an event and OMG it’s my new fav spot in the beach! The finger food was amazing! Authentic delicious Pata negra ham from Spain, the breaded sea bass infused with cheddar the wasabi tuna and steak tartar and croquetas were to die for! Even though it was an open bar the bar staff was super nice and they have my fav drink there(organic ginger beer by fever tree!) which is very difficult to find! The live music and ambiance was awesome too! I can’t wait to go back there and try their food again! Also for smokers they have a cute little balcony hang out place in the back, it’s very cozy inside and out! Cool little new place! Approved by Anita!

My friends and I randomly stopped at this very attractive venue during Art Basel weekend and were ecstatic to have found this gem! Service was stellar which is incredibly difficult to find in Miami. We ordered tuna tataki, croquettes and the octopus carpaccio. Each dish left a great impression, but the octopus was above it all! I will definitely be coming back for dinner, hopefully very soon, in their adorable outdoor garden space.

Great new place, came here because i read about it in Miami magazine, interior design looked very nice so decided to give it a shot. It didn’t not disappoint, as per article lovely food and design. It was not crowded at all, not sure why, maybe too new. Honestly the food was delicious, we had tried 3 tapas — pata negra with pan con tomates, octopus carpaccio and tuna tostadas — all beyond words good! Fennel salad and local fish tiradito and which I devoured my Black Cod dish in total selfishness, though we were supposed to share. Oups. Definitely give this place a try and do not get discouraged by it’s emptiness, hope its just a beginning for them.

2.5 really. The décor is cool but the indoor dining room lighting concept is poor and the tables are set up in a strange manner and are not comfortable. The outdoor tables are far nicer. The tapas were tasty but some were really not as good for sharing as he waiters would lead you to believe. The larger plates were slightly disappointing and their fish dishes appeared to be mislabeled(seemed like different fish).

It’s really a shame when I have to write something negative but I think I need to let the people know what they are getting themselves into. I can’t possibly always have something amazing to say about every restaurant. You’re probably wondering what«Kluged» even means. It’s usually a term used in the tech world for something that is poorly put together as a temporary fix and need attention A.S.A.P. A bit harsh? I don’t think so. Dictionary meaning of Kluge: noun, Computer Slang. 1. a software or hardware configuration that, while inelegant, inefficient, clumsy, or patched together, succeeds in solving a specific problem or performing a particular task. Hey, if they can just throw things together and try to make it work, why can’t I? I could really get into detail about this place starting with the hostess, but I won’t even go there. Let’s go straight to the moment we are sat down at our table for 6 outside. We ordered our first round of cocktails at the bar area which is spacious and has comfortable seating with cool coffee table books to look at while you’re waiting. It was time to go to our table, YAY! The hostess walks us outdoors to our table for 6. The décor throughout the restaurant is really nice, they did a great job putting the interior decorating details together. Compliments with hard wood floors, comfortable booths and warm lighting. I also did a little research on what the word«KLIMA» means. First, I found that it’s a German word for climate. I found out that it’s also a Czech female name. Yet, this is a Spanish restaurant right? The confusion already starts with the name. Moving on… Typically when you sit down at a table the next question is geared around would you like to order some cocktails or something to drink. We were asked if we would like sparkling or flat, we opt for flat and don’t even have the option for tap and that’s okay, I wouldn’t have ordered that anyway. The waiter jumps straight to the tapas insisting that we order 8 tapas to share and an entrée for each person. There is 6 of us not 15. We order about 7 «tapas» for the table. As follows; Octopus, Half Cooked Egg, Fennel Salad, Oysters, Burrata, Tuna Toast and Scallop carpaccio. Every single item we ordered for tapas was amazing. The flavor was great! What’s the problem? Well, the server decides he wants to throw an order of Ham and tomato spread toast in there as well. There are 3 girls and 3 guys at our table. The guys had stepped outside for a minute and the tapas were brought to the table while they were outside. So it was just us girls. We notice the ham and toast plate and ask the server«Who ordered this?» He said and I quote word for word, «I don’t know but someone did.» We were in shock. We waited until the guys returned back to the table and we asked them if they ordered it. We remembered that the waiter had suggested the ham and one of our friends said«No, ham.» Well, he brought it anyway, we made him take it back. Nobody ordered that. So shady. Before the tapas came out he asked us what we would like to order as our main courses. We specifically asked him if the 42 oz Ribeye was Prime or not. He said yes with a very unsure look on his face. We said, «Do you know what Prime is?» He said yes, a very high quality of meat. We asked again, are you sure this is Prime? He insisted that it was. We ordered it, YOLO. We asked what was really good on the menu and he said everything except the pasta. We were interested in ordering the pumpkin black truffle ravioli. We told him that and he said«oh that’s amazing.» Didn’t you just say don’t order the pasta and leave it to the Italians? We ordered the pumpkin ravioli with black truffle for there record and it was delicious. We also ordered the ox tail, the fish and 42 oz Prime for $ 98. We debated even ordering the«Prime Ribeye» because it isn’t a steak house and they say they are a Spanish restaurant. The steak was not good, it had no flavor and lacked any quality of meat related to a Prime cut that I have ever seen. He came by later after I told him to his face that the steak was not Prime. He said he talked to the chef and he said sometimes it’s «USDA or Prime.» Well, I sure hope it’s USDA or we shouldn’t be eating it. Does he even know what USDA means? I don’t think so. The incompetence is real. Now, the Sommelier is at the table insisting that we order wine. He says we have to order wine because that’s the only way to eat dinner. Okay, we get it, wine is delicious but sometimes people like to have cocktails with their dinner. He was insanely pushy and a little offended when we decided not to order wine and we ordered cocktails instead. Which mind you, the server took our drink order after he put our food order in, because he’s too cool to carry a pen and paper to write things down apparently. It took 25 minutes to get our drinks to our table. We had finished our 7 tapas that we ordered before the drinks even made it to the table. He b

Great looking restaurant, and I loved the back patio but it is way over priced for what you get. I’m always up for spending quite a bit of money on expensive dinners but Klima is pushing it a bit far. I’m not sure if they are trying to quickly pay for their amazing décor or their high rent but $ 48 for a lamb shoulder is getting a bit crazy for something that didn’t wow me. With all that said, If you are going, I would stick with appetizers as they were far superior to the main courses. Don’t miss the Tuna toast, chipotle, leek, and lime dish. Fresh, and quality fish make this dish. Their white fish Tiradito with avocado, Chilean green onion, salmon roe, and togarashi was also a nice starter to share. There are better spots that I experienced only being in Miami a few days, however I don’t think you will be disappointed at Klima, you may just not be wowed.

Not your typical Spanish restaurant(yes, there are no legs of hams hanging from the ceiling). Modern, sophisticated, contemporary look and style(from Barcelona) Waitstaff is so gracious and courteous– Very refreshing! Food is Tapas style. Small portions but great quality and taste. Great bar. Beautiful outdoor area. Loved the place! Highly recommend it. Will go back! Miami Spice menu was pretty decent.

We were always Apprehensive to try this place because it always looked empty from the street but that’s because everyone comes to sit at their gorgeous outdoor garden space! Very cute ambiance. Service was great. Food was great.

Really a deception. A small menu, and many dishes were missing, …no lobster, no apple desert. It was a joke. 300dls each. Plus valet parking…20! They must think people are stupid. First and last. Speciality the meat… Although coming from Spain they should travel to Argentina to learn about meat. Waiters ok.

I wanted to love Klima. I really did. It was the dinner I was most excited about during my stay in Miami; maybe I overhyped it to myself. Sadly, I just thought it was, as the stars suggest, «A-OK.» The space is beautiful, with both indoor and outdoor(but covered) seating. Our server was kind and helpful. Ultimately, I felt that the food was good, not great and was fairly overpriced. I know I wasn’t walking into a budget restaurant but, at a certain price point, I have certain expectations for the food. I was also slightly bummed with the sommelier(who may have been a manager/owner/etc). We gave him our budget range for wine, as well as some fairly specific descriptors for wines we liked; other than that, we were interested in trying something new and something that would pair well with our food. The wine was new and did pair well, but was quite out of range. The three wines he suggested were all out of range. Of course, we did not have to order it, but, in my experience, when a somm gushes over a wine, knowing your budget ahead of time, it’s usually because spending that 20−25% more will be entirely worth it. It was not. We had spotted a CA Cab with which we are very familiar, for about $ 40 less, and it would’ve paired just as well as what we ordered. We felt a little ripped off. Not to mention that he didn’t bring it over, open it, pour it, etc. Our server did that(and not really so much with the pouring, either). You will eat good food if you go to Klima, no doubt. For me, I’ve just had better(for less) and have had a better experience at other places. To each her own.

We visited Klima recently for the first time with another couple and were we blown away. The space is modern, lovely, and intimate. Beautiful. We started our meal with some delicious, crusty, chewy bread. Be careful — it is so delicious that you’ll be tempted to eat it all and ask for more(we did). Good bread set the tone for things to come. Our waiter, the son of the owner, was charming and very enthusiastic(rightly so) about their menu. We had the tuna toast with chipotle, leek & lime — the description doesn’t do it justice — it was sublime. We then had the Cod Salad with Tomato, Kalamata & Onion. I’ve never had raw cod before and this was certainly a terrific introduction to it. The cod was superbly fresh, and tasted as though it had a hint of olive oil in it. On top was a tomato concasse with bits of olive. All the parts of this dish made for an incredibly satisfying taste of the sea. We then had the black cod with chickpeas — perfectly cooked and delicious. We had a bread pudding for dessert which was unlike any I’ve had as it was crispy on the outside. Really quite delicious. Our friends had the Tuna Toast, as we did, but they also had a shrimp special and a braised oxtail special. They were very happy with their selections. Finally, we finished off our dinners with some wonderful cognac. They have quite a selection so, if you’ve a taste for it, ask to see what they have. A lovely way to end a wonderful, delicious evening.

Its true. After much anticipation, KLIMA has finally opened its doors. This new Miami Beach restaurant is taking up the former spot of Tosca. That was nice while it lasted. But this place is an upgrade. For one, it’s been completely remodeled and dressed up with an impressive art work collection picked by the owners themselves. For two, they’ve brought chef David«Rusti» Rustarazo, formerly from the much acclaimed Coure restaurant in Barcelona, who’s developed a contemporary and international menu that is simple to the eye and authentic in taste. Now, about that menu. At first look, you may think that some of the dishes are suspiciously simple. Take the«pan con tomate», for example. This dish is literally, bread with tomato. But the ingredients are so fresh and top quality, that the experience is completely sublime. Craving something a bit more elaborate? Go for the beef carpaccio and foie gras truffle. Never has a dish with such strong flavors been so perfectly combined and balanced! Another dish worth trying: the fennel burrata salad. Light and indulgent at the same time, this is one of Klima’s masterpieces and one of my favorites of the night. Some advice: take advantage of Eduardo, the sommelier. His wine selection will take your dining experience to the next level. In our case, we kicked off the night with some delicate Louis Roedner Champagne, which paired beautifully with our light appetizers, and later moved on to the elegant Muga Rioja for the ribeye and cod. We ended the night with the Oremus Tokaji Aszu, an intriguing Hungarian sweet wine that made our already exquisite desserts even more flavorful. And speaking of which: you absolutely must try their chocolate delight. Don’t ask why. Just do it. You’ll thank me later. Our dining experience at Klima was most certainly a memorable one, and one that I will definitely recommend. Take a look at my photo gallery below, but let me warn you: it may make you want to lick the screen!

This place is pretty cool. Not only is the interior of the restaurant one of my new favorites in Miami but the food and service were spectacular. I was very impressed as this place hasn’t been open for very long but they are on point! Our server Michael was very informative and attentive. He recommended to us his favorite dishes instead of up selling the most expensive ones. His choices were delicious. We started out with the Spanish Omelet($ 16). I loved it. It’s cooked a little under done(nothing to worry about, this is how a Spanish omelet should be) and with lots of flavor. The Tuna Toast($ 16) was so good. It comes with four mini toast/pizza type bites. Crispy shell smothered with a chipotle something sauce and topped with the tuna and leek. Yumm. Fennel Carpaccio($ 18) my absolute favorite! It’s a fennel salad with bites of burrata, olives and sundries tomatoes. It was flavorful and very refreshing. I highly recommend it. For our main course we had: The Pork Ribs($ 32) and the Lamb Shoulder($ 48). These are cooked in a special oven that gives the meat a nice, smoky flavor along with some char. So freaking good. I liked them both equally. We had Escavilada, which is eggplant, peppers and onions as well as French fries as sides. The veggies were great but the fries are just fries, nothing special. The Parmentier(very creamy potatoes) were delicious though! For dessert we had: Klima Pie($ 14) which is pretty much a Keylime Pie. Not too tart and tangy but just the right amount of lime. Torrija($ 14) it’s described as a bread pudding but I know torrejas to be more like a Spanish French toast. It’s one of my favorite desserts and this one was delicious. I like that the desserts are smaller in size so as not to feel too guilty. But then that might make me order a second torrija next time I come in. Overall I was very impressed. Great food, great service and the décor is amazing. It made me feel like I was having dinner at a friends house. I could have stayed at the table conversing all night. Please eat here.

Went there last night with some friends. Everything from ambiance, food to service were all impeccable. It has a very European feel, to be more exact Barcelona effect, ultra modern & great vibes. Every dish we ordered was beyond tasty. Our server was super friendly, attentive & very knowledgable. They are also opening a private club upstairs in couple of months!!! Oh did I mention the cocktails!!! Another reason to go to Klima :) An absolute must!!!
