Delicious, both appetizers were great(burrata and salmon), and while my ceasar salad was a bit overdressed my husband’s fish in parchment was outstanding. We will definitely go back.

This restaurant is a hidden gem. It’s a very cozy and quaint restaurant backed by great food, excellent service, and reasonable prices. My boyfriend and I shared a bottle of the Pinot noir(very tasty), and ate the truffle risotto(truffle heaven), beef lasagna(not your typical lasagna, but very tasty), and the chocolate soufflé(YUM). The valet was only $ 3, which is great for the beach area. We really enjoyed L’edito and we plan to go back soon.

We were visiting Miami from Chicago and were trying to find someplace open on Christmas Day. My husband happened to find L’Edito and we called them. The lady who answered said they could seat us so off we went with our two year old son and four year old daughter. It is a very small restaurant but the owners /staff are awesome and very friendly. We ordered way too much food but it was delicious. Most notable was the shrimp and saffron pasta(finger licking food). We also had the salmon confit which was good and the mushroom risotto which was ok. It was a great little gem and I would definitely go again if I lived in Miami.

I really wish I could have left a good review. Really. We actually went there based on a recommendation, so expectations were above average. However, being served their most recommended beef dish and finding canned mushrooms in it was a HUGE disappointment from any restaurant. Their beet salad is nothing more than 2 bites max! Even the kids pasta was bland at best. The waitress was one of the nicest we had, and I really wanted to leave a good review. But I just couldn’t…

Intimate, casual, clean locale serving well priced food and drinks. My boyfriend and I had a three course meal for $ 50AND he had wine. The tomato basil soup, chicken forestier, and the soufflé were equally delicious and flavorful. Our waitress kept our water glasses full and made small adjustments to the meal at our request. Soft, musical renditions of popular songs added a soothing background. We will definitely be back!

Excellent food! The Beef Bourgogne with bacon and carrots was delicious. The beet salad with pears and ricotta cheese was gorgeous and tasted even better. I highly recommend this quaint little restaurant in the Seacoast 5700 building on Collins Avenue.

Delicious and affordable. L’Edito is a cute little place you can go, enjoy a delicious meal at a very affordable price with great service. The waitress was very hospitable and nice and the food was outstanding. There aren’t a million options, which I like, because then it gets overly complicated to pick a meal, but everything was on point. Nearby our home on the beach, another plus, my husband and I are sure to be regulars at this new lovely restaurant!

L’edito is a perfectly charming and unexpected hidden gem located inside the residential Seacoast 5700 lobby! With an intimate atmosphere and impeccable service with a smile, you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. You can tell the owners(the wife runs the front of house and the husband is the chef) are very passionate about what they do. I was thoroughly impressed with all the dishes we tried — they were beautifully crafted and tasty, and you could tell the ingredients were fresh and homemade. We started with warm bread rolls with an herb/garlic butter, plus the smokey burrata served with pesto, sautéed heirloom tomatoes and mini basil muffins. And of course, the meal was accompanied by a glass of garnacha wine. The truffle risotto was creamy, al dente and had actual truffle shavings in it. The tender beef bourguignon in red wine sauce could be picked apart with a fork, topped with roasted carrots and bacon strips. We ended with the chocolate soufflé(Nutella center) with pistachio ice cream. On top of the friendly service and delicious food, the portion sizes are good and the price tag reasonable. There’s also outdoor seating which is particularly nice during sunset since the building is on the bay side. Can’t wait to try their weekend brunch :)

L’Edito — where do I begin?! My friend and I were looking to have a low-key, but delicious dinner on Thursday night and decided to try L’Edito, which is unassumingly located in the lobby of a residential condo building in Miami Beach. Although you probably wouldn’t expect it unless you read the reviews here before going, this was nothing short of a 5-star dining experience. The restaurant is tiny, and is run by a young couple. Our waitress managed the front of the restaurant while her husband cooked up some amazing dishes in the back. The service and food were fantastic and you could tell they take a lot of pride, with reason, in their restaurant. Our meal started with some bread rolls fresh from the oven served with some yummy herb butter. The outside of the bread was crunchy and the center was warm and soft. We decided to order a glass of wine each. The wine selection was small but had something for everyone and the wine glasses are reasonably priced. After a few minutes, we finally decided on our order. For our appetizer, we ordered the burrata, which was creamy and came with roasted yellow cherry tomatoes, pesto, balsamic, and basil muffins. The basil muffins on their own were a bit bitter, but when combined with everything else on the plate the flavors meshed together well. For our main course, we ordered the boeuf bourguignon and truffle risotto. One of my favorite french dishes, the beef was braised in a red wine sauce, was fork tender and very flavorful. It came with a variety of baby carrots, a cannelloni stuffed with chopped mushrooms, and strips of bacon, which was different but went surprisingly well with the dish. The truffle risotto was superb and had actual black truffle shavings in it(which I feel is rare as a lot of places will just add truffle oil) and was topped with a parmesan crisp which was a nice little touch. For dessert, we ordered the chocolate soufflé, which had a warm nutella center, and came with a homemade pistachio ice cream, with actual pieces of pistachio in it. The soufflé was warm and moist and the pistachio ice cream was a nice touch. I really recommend this place and all the dishes mentioned in this review. I definitely hope to be back to L’Edito soon to try some of their other options! Thank you to the owners for the great food and service!

This is an unusual cute tiny place you’ll never get to, unless you read this or you happen to stay in the same building this place is in. Located right on the Bay, it has a great view from the back door to the pool of the building, in case you want to watch the sunset with a bottle of wine. With only 6 tables, a four seat Bar and probably the kindest hosts you could meet, this place is worth visiting. The Chef is young, very enthusiastic, loves what he does and it reflects in his creative plates. The Salmon Confit was cooked to perfection, the side that accompanied it, was a perfect rare complement; shredded cauliflower, with couscous and greens with a sweet vinaigrette. Try the Truffle Risotto, it is very good and it comes with an original Parmesan Cracker that makes it unique. The French take in the Tiramisu was particular and excellent. I give it a five star since this type of places should be embraced specially because every thing is made fresh by the chef him self. Santé Enjoy.

If you want travelling to paris this evening go to this New French style restaurant. It’s like getting a meal in a parisian bistro. We ate some very good food for an affordable prices. Owners are professional and very sweet. Even the chef came to our table to introduce himself to ensure everything was ok. It’s a small room so maybe make a reservation. We really liked this place that we recommend. Bön appétit
