Great pizza best pizza out of Italy I ever try good service they serve your pizza 3 minutes after they took the order

Piola is the perfect pizza place after a long day or night of drinking. Location is a couple shops south of the movies and considering where it is, the delicious pizzas are all really fairly priced. The bartender is a genius mixologist who suggested an Aperol Spritz, an Italian summer apéritif that captured the moment and went perfectly with the marguerita pie.
Pie size is about four slices, great for sharing.

Great happy hour! Complimentary appetizers with your drinks. Giancarlo is a great bartender and is very attentive.

Was looking for a place to eat near Lincoln road late night around 11:30 and was having a hard time finding an open place so I check on Unilocal and that see piola is open late… decided to take advantage of their check in offer (free margherita pizza)…
The vibe in piola on a Wednesday night 11:30pm was really frickin awesome, a sign of an awesome restaurant.
They were having all you can eat gnocchi (which comes with several different sauces) which they have on the 4^th Friday of every month. The waiter was kind enough to let me try some of the gnocchi… which was really good.
Ordered:
margherita pizza & Copenhagen (Brie cheese topped with smoked salmon and a dash of parsley)… both were exceptionally good…
I will be definitely be back soon, terrific service and excellent pizza!

Piola is the best happy hour on the beach! Sebastian& Jean Carlo, the bartenders are very attentive and friendly. They offer complimentary apps during happy hour, definitely worth checking out.

We were visiting south beach and read comments on Unilocal about Pialo. It was amazing!!! Alberto and Marimo were excellent. Alberto was our waiter and Marimo was the manager. One of my friends didn’t like her dish and they immediately came to her rescue. They made sure she was satisfied! You have to try the gnochi legnano, this pasta is amazing! Also the drink sgropino al limone. They have awesome pizza and pasta! Will 100% come again!!! You won’t go wrong here!!!

Casual relaxed atmosphere. Delicious pizza and very good house wine. Service is fast and friendly and our waiter was helpful. We eat here everytime we we’re out at movies on Alton and Lincoln Road. Lemon ice ream proseco and vodka drink was awesome!

We had a margherita pizza topped with prosciutto
and also had spaghetti. Both were fabulous! The ambiance is nice and service was excellent!

I love this place. Tip: every time you check in on Unilocal you get a free Margarita Pizza. I always get the 415 Salad, it is delicious, and share a pizza with my man. Pizza is authentic Italian style, light, crispy, fresh. The house red wine decent too!
Another tip: Wednesday night ladies drink unlimited wine for free! It’s always consistently good and a cheap dinner in Miami Beach with a good ambiance.

Wonderful friendly staff took good care of me. The free pizza with check in actually works. I had the beef raviolis with mushroom sauce and they were so flavorful and delicious. The filling was piping hot the whole time I was eating them. The pasta was perfect like a cloud. And they were huge raviolis each a good four bites.
Their house wine was only $ 2.50 with entrée and tasted OK. They have some good bargains and are well priced especially for this area I think. $ 25 with tip added in which they do not do automatically so take care of the great server you’ll have!

I really like this place. Every time I come here I always enjoy a great meal and a nice ambiance. The food is great and the wait staff are among the friendliest I’ve seen in any establishment. If you’re every on or near Lincoln road, you should definitely check this place out. Also, the prices are very reasonable. If you’re interested in having dinner and a movie then this place is great because it’s a few short steps to the Lincoln road movie theater.

I love this place. Every time I’m in Miami I have to make a stop here for my fix. They have pizza (in my top three behind actual pizza from Italy), pasta, and the tastiest dessert.

Very unique salads that actually have the ingredients listed on the menu.
Waitstaff is highly welcoming and interested Interested in your dining experience.
We enjoyed the steak salad and a Brazillian pizza.
Planning to go back today to split a salad and one of their yummy desserts.

I’ve been here twice. First time was only for some drinks but still remember our bartender was more than awesome, Alessandro, very attentive and fun to talk to.
This time I actually met up with some friends and decided to eat something and have a couple of beers. I remembered I had that «check in» offer and I put it to use! Yay!!! It was a great idea. My friends and I enjoyed it very much.
I really enjoyed both experiences here. Go and get your free pizza!

We just left this place and let me tell you we had an amazing dinner! Karim our server took great care of us and made our 3^rd year anniversary dinner, food was amazing! I had the Pollo Piola and my fiancée had the lasagna, when we asked our waiter how long the food was going to take he said maximum 10 minutes and he was right! Great flavor cooked to perfection. At the end of our meal we received complementary shots made of vodka and ice cream, really gave a final touch to an amazing first time at Piola.
We will def coming back for dessert, and of course we will request Karim as our waiter.

I’m biased… I like the «Brazilian style» of pizza, that is, thin crust, loaded with toppings, lot’s of cheese. Piola does a good job in that respect, but PLEASE load it up with more toppings! Pizza is not a piece of bread with a layer of some type of odd ingredients… pizza is a PIE, a tasty crust and lots of delicious ingredients on top, covered with cheeses, than baked in a high temperature oven (preferably a wood stove). Piola… you are on the right track. keep on improving it!

I have only been here for lunch, about 3 times. I have had dinner at their Brickell location, which is better (in my opinion).
The place is kind of dark and doesn’t really have an atmosphere. Yet the food is great, for the price. They have changed the menu a bit. they used to have some pastas with seafood. They don’t anymore which is a bummer.
Their pizza is A-​W-​E-​S-​O-​M-​E
I would give it 4 stars if it wasnt for the service… they just dont care. Its not horrible, but its not good either. Just average.

I celebrated my birthday there and it couldn’t have been better!
They let me bring goofy ballons, the Italian energy around is amazing! The sangria was sooo good and the pizza healthy and yummy!
I ordered a 4 cheese nhocci to die for!
Don’t let Alton rd constructions detour you away! Totally worth it :)

I wish I could give them negative stars.
I have been going there for years, and I don’t know if new management has taken over, but everything about this place has gone down. I am still waiting for a refund on a delivery order that got botched TWICE. Did I mention the delivery lady refused to take the food back and yelled in our face? This same woman yelled at me last time she delivered because she didn’t want to get out of her car, she wanted US to go out to the curb.
I wanted to be a loyal customer even through all the disgusting and noisy construction happening immediately outside their door (forget parking) and the LACK OF A SIDEWALK! but after these past experiences and their REFUSAL to give me a refund for a cold order of the wrong food, I’m going to find a way to get my money back through the bank.
This place is more trouble than it’s worth, and there are beautiful Italian places on the same block, and one over, and all over Lincoln Road. Go elsewhere and enjoy your meal.
