LOUD, LAZY, LINGERING IT crazy how I ordered my pizza at 6:05pm and they said 15−20minutes. The place wasn’t even Busy and I walked out of there at 7:00pm. Everyone was was lazy and lingering. Like I love Pizza Hut but this place is below average. The pizza was soggy and not the refute it normally is from other pizza huts. I understand if they were busy but it was a 6pm on a weekday. The place is not the prettiest either.

Terrible service Pizza came in 2hr and missing a slice plus toppings were wrong, when i called back they hung up in my face so i had to drive late as hell on a busy alton road to get 2 new pizzas and to top it off the young girl behind the counter was high as F##k.Ima upload 2 pictures so you guys can see this it sums up Miami customer service

I almost didn’t order from here because of the other bad reviews, but I’m very glad that I didn’t let them turn me off. My kids have been wanting to try the chocolate chip cookie pizza from Pizza Hut for a while now and I didn’t want to disappoint. Ordered online with a fairly complicated pizza order — half with Peruvian cherry peppers, honey Sirachca sauce on all, and garlic crust. Plus I asked for a side of ranch. Order was 100% correct and was an hour earlier than originally stated — I called after I placed the order online because I saw that it would be 2 hours — very long for hungry kids! They definitely sped it up! Delivery guys were super friendly, to boot! Also, chocolate chip cookie pizza rocks! :)

If I could give no stars I would. The first three times we delivered from here they managed to replace our order with a substitute without asking because they ran out of something, pushed the door open into my home while I was behind it, called us liars because we paid online but it apparently didn’t go through but we ended up getting double charged, and the manager doesn’t care about anything. The larger Hispanic man with the gray hair and mustache is the absolute worst. So rude. I love Pizza Hut and lived in many different places, but this is the absolute worst I’ve ever experienced. I understand Miami is a different culture, but I don’t seem to have any problems with any other stores or eating establishments here.

this place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. It took 4 hours to receive our food. We were told 2hrs dylue the holiday weekend. Cool but they nearly forgot our order… food what delivered after 4 hours of waiting. Smfh

I ordered from here and they delivered my order wrong twice in the same day. The delivery guy was arguing w me that I placed the wrong order when clearly the order was in my email. The guy told me he would give me a credit for the delay so it made the situation better. I’ve tried using the coupon twice and it doesn’t work today I call to make a delivery the lady was very rude told me delivery time was 1hr n a half on a Thursday at 11 pm… My advice don’t order from this place DOMINOSISALOTBETTERANDFASTER !!!

Horrible customer service. I was in the phone for about 5 minutes putting in my order and the man said«hang on». Once he came back to the phone he said that the store was closed and couldn’t assist me anymore. REALLY???

This place is the absolute worse. Terrible customer service. As I walk in, the only employee I see,(WITHNONAMETAG) is on the phone having a personal call. She took her sweet time on the phone. It took her about 5 minutes after I walked in to finish up her personal phone call and then attend to me. I normally order from this place from home and have it delivered. They always screw up my simple pizza order so this time I decided to come to the actual location. Complaining about this place is a waste of time, the owner clear doesn’t care about the establishment. Shame.

I ordered again delivery from Pizza Hut and paid by Visa checkout. Problem is I thought I ordered the pizza but realized I had only created the and completed the Visa checkout. Did not know I had go back and complete the payment. The drive to compete with Papa Johns and Dominos will be interesting. Now waiting for the delivery… 25 minutes after the time mentioned on the website. Pizzas tasted good, with the honey srirachi sauce.

I placed an order at 7:49pm with the delivery being quoted for 8:29. So now it’s 8:30. No pizza. Waited longer. 8:45, no Pizza. 9pm, no pizza… 9:30 comes along, 2 hours later, and NOPIZZA. I call the store to ask where the pizza is, the worker says it will be another 40 minutes… I speak to a manager. Her name, supposedly, is «Genesis». This«Manager» was VERY condescending, VERY patronizing, kept cutting me off while I was talking. Her answers and comments were said with a «whatever, I don’t care attitude». She stated that she had at least 10 people call already asking for their pizza and that they’re very busy. That is all fine and good, but 2 hours to go by without calling people who was told 40 minutes for delivery? Dominos and Papa Johns call me when there’s problems and issues. This«manager» is horrible, and shouldn’t be a «manager». This pizza hut has lost my business until this«Genesis» is no longer working there. As a matter of fact, ALL Pizza hut has lost my business, all thanks to their«manager» «Genesis».

This Pizza Hut really isn’t that bad. It’s the people that walk in and out that may rate this place lower, but that’s Miami! I don’t recommend you eat it here. it only has 1 table and it’s outside of the mall strip, which any store can use it. I strongly recommend to place your order online(It’s pretty cool). But the time they say that the pizza will be ready is not always ready at that time. 2 out of 3 it wasn’t on time. And for a positive ending… I LOVEYOURSTUFFEDCRUST!!!

I’ve ordered from them numerous times. The pizza is usually pretty good for pizza hut. It’s the customer service that has stopped my patronage there. First off, when one calls one is greeted by: Delivery or Carryout? Please hold *click*. If you answered you would be speaking to only your phone. New person picks up the end: Delivery or Carryout? Hold please *click*. This time u don’t answer. Next person: Delivery or Carryout? You don’t answer because you are like Pavlov’s dog and know that a «please hold» is sure to follow. «HELLO?!» they say. Apprehensively but as quick as your mouth can move you say«delivery.» «Ok?» is heard on the other end. You start with your order: I’d like a large pizza with mush… — -«hold please.» New person on the line: Delivery or Carryout? You attempt to speak as fast as humanly possible in order to get your order in before the next, now infamous: «please hold»: Delivery.Largepizzawithmushroomandpepperoni.That’sall. Pizza hut rep(PHR): I’m sorry could you repeat that? You: *sigh* and repeat order. PHR: Do u want the special? You: No, just want the pizza. Pizza hut rep: No special? –ok that’d be $ 13.26 ready in an hour. You: last time I ordered it was $ 11.00 PHR: I asked if you wanted the special. So do you want the special? You: I’m confused. The special comes with something else or… why is the special cheaper? PHR: That’s the special. You have to say special to get that price. You: of course I want the special.(WTF!) At this point you feel like you’re on vacation in the carribean and are haggling for a jewelry piece you sorta like. So you placed your order at 8:36, you know that an hour on Tuesday is a little long but whatevs. You gnaw on your hand til 9:36 comes around. No pizza. 9:45NO Pizza. 10:00NOPIZZA! 10:06 bbbbbring– you run over to your phone-brrrrrring– say hello while simultaneously running downstairs to greet the much anticipated Pizza Delivery Dude. *sigh* No one is there-either on the phone or standing in front of you. No voicemail message. You don’t want to call the number back in case it’s that ONE person you ‘accidently’ gave your number to because you were trying to be nice. You decide to wait outside just for a few minutes-the PDD is prolly a few blocks away. As you stand outside patiently? waiting you see a white car with the PIZZAHUTTHINGY on top all lit up speed by you! You think: he must have missed my place– I’m sure he’ll swing back around. Maybe he’s new. Maybe he was texting and driving and missed my place. 25 Maybes later still NOFRIGGINPIZZA. You call pizza hut and very politely state you have no pizza but yet ordered over 1hour ~45 minutes ago(you don’t want them to spit, place pubic hair, run the pizza along the floor, place booger or any other disgusting thing you’ve heard people do to food when customers complain) PHR:(abrupt and rude) ADDRESS. YOU:(still nice at this point) PHR:(snotty girl): yeah he called you– no answer. And I called you– no answer. We canceled your credit card and order. YOU:(SAYWHAT!!!) With a little bit of a ‘tude now cuz u realize: NOPIZZAFORYOU(think soup Nazi from Jerry Seinfeld)): You did not call me. My phone rang once for two rings. That’s all. I saw him drive by. He called when he wasn’t even at my place. What!-You guys don’t come to the door any longer? PHR: I called your number two times. If you want I’ll recharge your credit card and have it delivered to you. YOU: ITSHOULDBEFREESINCEIT’S NOWALMOST2HOURSOLD. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever had(maybe not EVER but it ranks pretty high on the list)! Absolutely horrible! But no I don’t want it(for fear the worst things have now been done to it) — I’ll Unilocal about it.
