We ordered carpaccio for appetizer, it was ok . The lasagna was tasting like frozen ones straight from the supermarket refrigerators And the Prosciutto Sandwich was the worst The bread was do hard that not even with a knife I was able to cut it in half We all left hungry and headed to another place to eat

This is my 3rd trip here. I ordered a margherita pizza. I got same as 2nd time. A cheese pizza with a little basil. I googled margherita pizza and showed the waiter a picture. He insisted what I had was a margherita. I told him I didn’t want it as it was dripping Grease. He took it and let manager/owner know. He came to ask what the issue was. I showed him the photo and he said«Oh, u want the something something margherita(using some unfamiliar Italian words) with FRESH mozzarella.» I told him I would always assume a margherita comes with fresh not grated cheese as that’s what I get everywhere and I wasn’t told there was a difference here. The replacement pizza was a margherita finally. Tasted good. Can’t say anything positive on the crust. It’s thin and crackery. But at least not a complete lie calling a cheese pizza a margherita. That cheese pizza should never be called a magherita. Never had that happen at a «real» Italian pizzeria. The dough was amazing when I came the first time and I got a margherita correctly. This place needs to get their shit together.

One of the last good spots left on Lincoln road. This is my top 3 pizza spots in Miami.

Not the best pizza I have ever had and their feta salad is also a bit poor. The tuna salad was cool though! The location is great, it’s clean and the staff is fine.

My expectation was pretty low considering its location, but cold lasagna is not excepted…

I grew up in Coney island on Totonnos, probably the best pizza on the planet. Why is that important? Because I love great pizza but dislike most pizza places. The pizza here is awesome! And sitting in the middle of Lincoln road mall is reminiscent of Milano.

Dining in South Beach, especially on Lincoln Rd is more of a chore than a treat. Most places hound you with their specials and offer bland food and others just don’t seem appealing, but for me, if I have go dine in SOBE I’m going to Spris. For starters– I’ve always been fortunate to have great service here. It’s definitely not an easy task to find a place to be served probably on Lincoln Rd. Their hand-tossed pizzas are where it’s at. The dough is soft and the perfect size for sharing, maybe for you, but I can’t eat one on my own. They are made fresh for you when you order. My go-to here is always the margarita pizza. I love the fresh basil and the taste of the sauce. It has just the right amount of sweet to it. Taking a bite of their pizza is like taking a bite out of pure bliss; the soft dough has a slight crunch to it at the bottom from being baked in a wood oven, the fresh ingredients, and the Miami atmosphere make for a tasty and fun experience.

Not exactly what I would describe as «best pizza in Miami South Beach.» Spris is in a great location on Lincoln road thats perfect for people watching at any time of day but the food overall fell pretty short for me. My friend and I ordered the white pizza rustica and the kale and pancetta pizza. The white pizza rustica has mushrooms and olives but was really lacking in flavor. The sauce was bland and the toppings were kind of soggy. The whole tomatoes baked on top also didn’t help with the soggy factor. The kale and pancetta pizza was obviously much more flavorful but the red sauce itself was also bland. I really hated how they left the slices of pancetta whole because it made eating a slice so messy! The entire piece of pancetta would slide off once I took a bite… they should really think about dicing it up instead. The crust was nice and thin, and had that wood burning oven charred flavor. They also served us free bread while we waited with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. For the price of these pizzas which was pretty average, about $ 12 – 15 a pie, I would have expected much more. During our stay in south beach we saw so many pizza shops we felt like it was necessary to try one out but maybe I just picked a bad spot. Overall, I’d recommend trying out a hole in the wall pizza joint or some other place because it was definitely not worth it to come here, even with the great outdoor seating.

As a local I am visiting Spris now since many years and I always was very satisfied with my dinner. My recent favorite dish is the Lasagna! It’s very tasty! I love to order as a side the pizza bread with rosemary. But of course also any other dish, like soup, salad or pizza is delicious!

Vegetarian pannini was one of the best sandwiches I have ever had, and I am not even a vegetarian! My daughter had the eggplant and loved it. The pizza was pretty good, I would eat there again. nice location.

My friend and I came here and both ordered the crepes salad. It costed $ 18 and took 30 minutes to make and turned out to be sliced tomatoes and a ball of cheese. Slow service, overpriced food, small portions: 1 star.

Besides the really small tables outside, I still wanted to give this place a 5 star. True Italians have been popping in so you know it’s good pizza. I really enjoyed the Marco Polo salad and pizza choices. Wine and ambience outside are perfect

My favorite pizza in Miami, Gluten free … Crunchy crust, fresh ingredients, you can also customize your pizza the way you like it ! We enjoy also the quinoa salad with a nice glass of red wine . The service is always good.

We ordered the lasagna, and it was pretty good. Great meat sauce. We were not a huge fan of the egg plant appetizer. And, the bread was a little cold. The service was excellent!

My family and I decided to come here based on the positive reviews… unfortunately we did not have a positive experience. The reason I am giving this two stars is because of the service. The server was extremely rude and despite our repeated attempts to connect with her via polite etiquette, the service did not improve. Regarding the food, overall it was average. We started with an order of breadsticks, they were okay but would not recommend ordering. For our meal, we ordered two 14″ pizzas– the godfather and prosciutto. Both pizzas were pretty good, but not spectacular; the food was not good enough to redeem the poor service. Bottom line: the pizza is nothing to write home about and the service is terrible.

I know I can rely on Spris for a solid experience! As a pizza aficionado, you must know that of course, I get the pizza. I’ve been here a few times and can definitely vouch for the fact that Spris has some pretty good pizza! I just get the typical Margherita; it’s light, thing, crispy, and delicious. I can easily devour an entire pie by myself since the the crust is so light; I get the perfect«full» feeling that isn’t overwhelming — it’s just right. My dad gets the tuna salad and my stepmom gets the gluten-free margherita and they both love those plates. For dessert, I get the gluten-free chocolate lava cake. Now I must say, I am NOT the type of person to order gluten-free stuff; this was once the table’s choice and it is now a personal favorite. It is SODARNGOOD. Chocolately, rich, hot, and absolutely perfect. Do not be afraid of the«gluten-free» label! Service and prices are good. Seating is a little tight as it is with most places on Lincoln Rd. You can definitely rely on Spris.

Great rustic pizza — the spicy salami is the best! Rustica is great too! Baked in a wood burning oven — thin crispy crust cannot be beat! Great location on Lincoln road with outside seating. Fun people watching!

After having a horrible experience at many other restaurants and coffeeshops along Lincoln Road, I was SO happy to finally find one that has good food and excellent customer service. My friend and I were about to order food to-go since we were in a rush, but everything about Spris looked so inviting. We were seated immediately at one of the outdoor tables, and I’m glad there was availability even though they were so busy. I started with a glass of their sangria, which was REALLY good! For my entrée, I had a Caprese Salad($ 9.50) which has Buffalo Mozzarella, Tomatoes, Oregano, and Basil. I was worried that this salad would not be filling enough because it’s just cheese and tomatoes, but I loved it! Presentation was nice, and I walked away satisfied. There was never a moment when my friend and I had to wait long for anything. We had bread and olive oil while waiting for our food, too. If you are cruising along Lincoln Road for a bite to eat between your shopping and beach adventures, I would highly recommend Spris!
